I will take no bullock out of thy house, Nor he- goats out of thy folds.

我不需要你棚里的公牛和圈里的山羊，

我不从你家里取公牛，也不从你羊圈中取公山羊。

我不从你家里拿公牛，不从你羊圈里拿公山羊；

我不從你家中取公牛，也不從你圈內取山羊；

我不從你家中取公牛，也不從你圈內取公山羊；

我不從你家中取公牛，也不從你圈內取公山羊；

我不需要你棚裡的公牛和圈裡的山羊，

我不從你家裡取公牛，也不從你羊圈中取公山羊。

我也不從你家中取公牛，不從你圈中取公山羊。

我不從你家裡拿公牛，不從你羊圈裡拿公山羊；

不取牡牛於爾家、不取山羊於爾牢兮、

爾宅有牛、爾牢有羊、我不取之兮、

我不從爾家取牡牛、亦不從爾牢取牡羊、

茲欲爾知者。此事非所欣。豈貪爾太牢。豈羨爾羔羊。

I have no need of a bull from your stall or of goats from your pens,

I don’t need a bull from your barn. I don’t need goats from your pens.

I will not accept a bull from your house or goats from your folds.

But I do not need the bulls from your barns or the goats from your pens.

I will not take a bull from your household or male goats from your pens,

I will not take a bull from your house, Nor male goats from your folds.

I will not take a bull from your house, Nor goats out of your folds.

I will not accept a bull from your household or male goats from your pens,

I will take no bullock out of thy house,[ nor] he goats out of thy folds.

Wherewith shall I come before Jehovah, and bow myself before the high God? shall I come before him with burnt- offerings, with calves a year old?will Jehovah be pleased with thousands of rams, or with ten thousands of rivers of oil? shall I give my first- born for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?He hath showed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth Jehovah require of thee, but to do justly, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with thy God?

And it will please Jehovah better than an ox, Or a bullock that hath horns and hoofs.

Thou hast not brought me of thy sheep for burnt- offerings; neither hast thou honored me with thy sacrifices. I have not burdened thee with offerings, nor wearied thee with frankincense.Thou hast bought me no sweet cane with money, neither hast thou filled me with the fat of thy sacrifices; but thou hast burdened me with thy sins, thou hast wearied me with thine iniquities.

neither is he served by men’s hands, as though he needed anything, seeing he himself giveth to all life, and breath, and all things;

For it is impossible that the blood of bulls and goats should take away sins.Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, But a body didst thou prepare for me;In whole burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hadst no pleasure:
