人屢受譴責、仍強厥項、必忽敗亡、無法可治之、

抑爾藐視其鴻慈、寛容、恆忍、不知天主之仁愛、導爾悔改乎、乃爾以剛愎不悔之心、為己積怒、待天主震怒日、即其義鞫顯現之日、

若罪已擬定、不即用刑、人則放膽行惡、惡人雖百次行惡、仍享遐齡、然我知敬畏天主者、在天主前存敬畏心者、終得享福、

故時未至、爾勿擬議人、迨主降臨、彼將光照幽暗之隱事、且明顯中心之計謀、其時各由天主、必得所宜之褒獎、

主所許者尚未應驗、人以為主遲緩、實則主非遲緩、乃寛容我儕、欲人皆悔改、不欲有一人淪亡、

乃曰主必不能見、雅各之天主必不能知、民間無知者、爾曹當悟、愚蠢之輩、爾曹何時方明、造人耳者、豈己反不能聽乎、造人目者、豈己反不能視乎、懲罰萬民者、豈不能譴責人乎、賜人知識者、豈己反無知乎、主知世人之意念、盡屬虛妄、

一切所為、及一切隱秘之事、或善或惡、悉為天主所鞫、

我天主降臨、必不靜默、在其面前、烈火焚燒、在其四圍、大風吹噓、

我靜寂緘默、隱忍已久、今將呼號、如臨產之婦、奮然吐氣、呼吸甚烈、

主指雅各之顯榮而誓或作雅各有榮之主指己而誓云、彼之所為、我永不忘、

凡我所愛者、我必責之懲之、故當奮勉悔改、

天主謂摩西曰、我自有永有者、又曰、爾當告以色列人曰、自有者、遣我就爾、

曰、天主有何分曉、至上之主有何見識、

其視萬民如水器之一滴、如衡上之微塵、其舉海島、如舉點埃、利巴嫩林為柴不足、其中百獸、獻為火焚祭亦不足、萬民在主前如無物、被主視為空虛、悉屬烏有、爾曹以誰比天主、以何象像之、

我所稱頌之天主歟、求主莫靜默、因惡人與奸詐人張口以攻我、向我所言皆誑、圍繞我出怨言、無故攻擊我、

天主非人、萬不食言、非亞當之子、決不後悔、其言豈有不成、其許豈有不應、

惡人雖蒙恩寵、仍不學義、居正直境中、作孽如故、不顧主之威嚴、

我不因爾未曾獻祭譴責爾、爾所獻之火焚祭、常在我前、
