You hate instruction and turn your back on My words.

其实你恨恶管教，将我的言语丢在背后。

其实你恨恶管教，将我的言语抛在脑后。

其实你恨恶管教，将我的言语抛在脑后。

你憎恶我的管教，把我的话抛在脑后。

至于你，你憎恨管教，并且把我的话丢在背后。

实际上，你恨恶管教，把我的话语丢在身后。

其實你恨惡管教，將我的言語丟在背後。

其實你恨惡管教，將我的言語拋在腦後。

其實你恨惡管教，將我的言語拋在腦後。

你憎惡我的管教，把我的話拋在腦後。

至於你，你憎恨管教，並且把我的話丟在背後。

你啊、你恨惡管教，卻將我的話丟在背後。

實際上，你恨惡管教，把我的話語丟在身後。

實則厭我訓誨、委我言於後兮、

惡訓言而不守、棄我道其如遺兮、

其實爾厭惡我之訓誨、將我之言語、棄置於後、

吾言如充耳。不復懷大法。

You hate my instruction and cast my words behind you.

You hate my teaching. You turn your back on what I say.

For you hate discipline, and you cast my words behind you.

For you refuse my discipline and treat my words like trash.

You hate instruction and fling my words behind you.

For you yourself hate discipline, And you throw My words behind you.

Seeing you hate instruction And cast My words behind you?

Seeing that thou hatest instruction, And castest my words behind thee?

Seeing thou hatest instruction, and castest my words behind thee.

For you hate instruction and reject my words.

since you hate instruction, and throw my words behind you?

But they were disobedient and rebelled against You. They flung Your law behind their backs and killed Your prophets who warned them in order to turn them back to You. They committed terrible blasphemies.

Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge, but one who hates correction is stupid.

and with every unrighteous deception among those who are perishing. They perish because they did not accept the love of the truth in order to be saved.For this reason God sends them a strong delusion so that they will believe what is false,so that all will be condemned— those who did not believe the truth but enjoyed unrighteousness.

And because they did not think it worthwhile to acknowledge God, God delivered them over to a worthless mind to do what is morally wrong.

For the time will come when they will not tolerate sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, will multiply teachers for themselves because they have an itch to hear something new.They will turn away from hearing the truth and will turn aside to myths.

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge; fools despise wisdom and discipline.

you then, who teach another, don’t you teach yourself? You who preach,“ You must not steal”— do you steal?You who say,“ You must not commit adultery”— do you commit adultery? You who detest idols, do you rob their temples?You who boast in the law, do you dishonor God by breaking the law?

Then they will call me, but I won’t answer; they will search for me, but won’t find me.Because they hated knowledge, didn’t choose to fear the Lord,

For everyone who practices wicked things hates the light and avoids it, so that his deeds may not be exposed.

You behaved more wickedly than all who were before you. In order to provoke Me, you have proceeded to make for yourself other gods and cast images, but you have flung Me behind your back.

But they will say,‘ It’s hopeless. We will continue to follow our plans, and each of us will continue to act according to the stubbornness of his evil heart.’”

The wise will be put to shame; they will be dismayed and snared. They have rejected the word of the Lord, so what wisdom do they really have?

but the one who misses me harms himself; all who hate me love death.”

who acquit the guilty for a bribe and deprive the innocent of justice.

and you will say,“ How I hated discipline, and how my heart despised correction.I didn’t obey my teachers or listen closely to my mentors.

As soon as Jehudi would read three or four columns, Jehoiakim would cut the scroll with a scribe’s knife and throw the columns into the blazing fire until the entire scroll was consumed by the fire in the brazier.As they heard all these words, the king and all of his servants did not become terrified or tear their garments.Even though Elnathan, Delaiah, and Gemariah had urged the king not to burn the scroll, he would not listen to them.Then the king commanded Jerahmeel the king’s son, Seraiah son of Azriel, and Shelemiah son of Abdeel to seize Baruch the scribe and Jeremiah the prophet, but the Lord had hidden them.After the king had burned the scroll with the words Baruch had written at Jeremiah’s dictation, the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah:“ Take another scroll, and once again write on it the very words that were on the original scroll that Jehoiakim king of Judah burned.You are to proclaim concerning Jehoiakim king of Judah: This is what the Lord says: You have burned the scroll, saying,‘ Why have you written on it: The king of Babylon will certainly come and destroy this land and cause it to be without man or beast?’Therefore, this is what the Lord says concerning Jehoiakim king of Judah: He will have no one to sit on David’s throne, and his corpse will be thrown out to be exposed to the heat of day and the frost of night.I will punish him, his descendants, and his officers for their wrongdoing. I will bring on them, on the residents of Jerusalem, and on the men of Judah all the disaster, which I warned them about but they did not listen.”Then Jeremiah took another scroll and gave it to Baruch son of Neriah, the scribe, and he wrote on it at Jeremiah’s dictation all the words of the scroll that Jehoiakim, Judah’s king, had burned in the fire. And many other words like them were added.
