彼眾口無信實、心懷惡慝、喉若裂塋、舌施諂諛、

彼敵人、心懷惡念兮、口尚虛詞、喉似破塋兮、舌則諂諛是施。

彼口中無正直、心懷奸惡、喉如陷坑、舌如油渦、

求主保我身。莫為敵所得。平易爾道路。扶我庶無蹶。

Not a word from their mouth can be trusted; their heart is filled with malice. Their throat is an open grave; with their tongues they tell lies.

你們千方百計把我從高位拉下。你們善於說謊，嘴上祝福，心卻咒詛。（細拉）

城中的富人殘暴成性，居民謊話連篇，滿口詭詐之言。

你所喜愛的是內心的誠實，求你使我內心有智慧。

耶和華說：「他們鼓舌如簧，射出謊言，遍地充滿詭詐，毫無誠實；他們行惡不斷，不認我是上帝。你們要提防鄰居，不要信賴弟兄，因為弟兄詭計多端，鄰居滿口是非。他們彼此欺騙，不說真話；他們說謊成性，不知疲倦地肆意犯罪；他們充滿詭詐，不認我是上帝。這是耶和華說的。」

你這詭詐的人啊，舌頭利如剃刀，盡是害人的奸計。

奉承鄰舍，等於設網羅絆他。

你們有禍了！因為你們就像沒有墓碑的墳墓，人們從上面走過也不知道。」

罪惡在惡人內心深處說話，他們眼中毫無對上帝的畏懼。他們自以為是，渾然不知自己的罪，也不憎惡自己的罪。他們滿口惡言謊話，毫無智慧和善行。他們躺在床上盤算作惡，執意走罪惡的道路，無惡不作。

他們心裡塞滿了各種不義、邪惡、貪婪、陰險、嫉妒、兇殺、紛爭、詭詐、惡毒；說長道短、背後批評、怨恨上帝、欺侮別人、心驕氣傲、自高自大、自我吹捧、無惡不作、違背父母、愚鈍無知、不守信用、無情無義、毫無憐憫。

卑賤人不過是一絲氣息，尊貴人不過是一場幻影，把他們放在天平上一秤，比空氣還輕，毫無分量。

我不看人的情面，也不奉承人。我不善奉承，否則，造物主會很快把我除掉。

他們圖謀不義之事，認為策劃得無懈可擊。人心真是狡猾。

人人謊話連篇，花言巧語，口是心非。願你剷除一切花言巧語和狂妄自誇的人。

不，你們心中圖謀不義，你們在地上行兇作惡。惡人生下來就步入歧途，一出母胎就離開正道，謊話連篇。

你們要讚美耶和華！在正直人的大會中，我要全心全意地稱謝耶和華。耶和華的作為偉大，所有喜歡的人都必思想。祂的作為榮耀威嚴，祂的公義永遠長存。

你們知道，我們沒有花言巧語奉承人，也沒有心存貪念，上帝可以為我們作證。

主對他說：「你們法利賽人洗淨杯盤的外面，你們裡面卻充滿了貪婪和邪惡。

因為從裡面，就是從人的心裡能夠生出惡念、苟合、偷盜、謀殺、通姦、貪婪、邪惡、詭詐、放蕩、嫉妒、毀謗、驕傲、狂妄。

耶路撒冷啊，要洗去你內心的邪惡，這樣你才能得救。你心懷惡念要到何時呢？

「人心比什麼都詭詐，無可救藥，誰能識透呢？
