They are like sheep and are destined to die; death will be their shepherd( but the upright will prevail over them in the morning). Their forms will decay in the grave, far from their princely mansions.

你們必踹着惡人，因為在我行動的日子、萬軍之永恆主說、他們必在你們腳掌之下成了爐灰。

直到壽高年邁者來臨，至高者之聖民得伸雪，那時聖民擁有國度的時候就到了。

豈不知聖徒要審判世界麼？世界尚且要在你們中間受審判，難道你們還不配做極小事的法庭麼？

因為我知道你必使我歸回死地，到那為眾生所定的陰間聚宅。

乾旱炎熱奪取了雪水，使它乾涸；陰間也擄了罪惡之輩而使滅沒。他們本地的廣場把他們忘了；他們的名字不再被記念；不義的人也必如樹被折斷。

你因人的罪愆用責罰管教他，使他所喜愛的消失，如被蛀蟲所咬；一切世人真是虛幻啊！（細拉）

使你們在我國裏、在我桌子上喫喝；你們也必坐在座位上，審判治理以色列十二個支派。

是像經上所記：「我們為你的緣故、終日被處死、看為將被屠宰的羊」麼？

惡人都必回歸陰間；一切忘記上帝的外國人都必返回於冥府。

因為他的怒氣不過眨眼之間；他的恩悅乃在我一生之久：夜間雖有哭泣來宿，早晨即來了歡呼。

你使我們像羊給人吞喫，使我們四散於列國中。

我又看見有座位，並有坐在上面的；有審判權賜給他們。我看見那些捨生為耶穌作見證、為上帝之道被斬首者的靈魂、那些沒有拜過獸或獸像、沒有受過印記在額上和手上的人：他們都活了過來，與基督一同掌王權一千年。其餘的死人等到那一千年完了才得以活過來。這是頭一次的復活。

他們帳棚的橛子一拔出，他們哪有不死去，毫無智慧地死去呢？」

但人人都一樣長臥於塵土中，有蛆蟲覆蓋着他們。

得勝的、和那遵守到底我所吩咐行的、我必賜給他權柄管理列國，正如我從我父受了權柄一樣；得勝的必用鐵杖管轄列國，使他們像陶器被打碎。

然而至高者之聖民必領受國度、擁有國度、直到永永遠遠。」

他們興隆順遂地消磨了年日，一眨眼就下陰間，毫無痛苦。

我們來認識永恆主吧，竭力追求認識他；他出來、像晨曦之必現；他必臨到我們像霖雨，像春雨滋潤着大地。』

我心裏說：正當我中年之日我就不得不去世了；在我餘剩之年我就被交進陰間之門了。我心裏說：在活人之地我必不得以見永恆主了；在人間世的居民中我必不再見到人類了。

假使我盼望陰間做我的房屋，假使我在黑暗中展開我的鋪蓋，假使我對冥坑呼叫說：「你是我父親」，對蛆蟲說：「你是我母親，我姐妹」，

不然塵土就仍回歸於地，靈就仍回歸於賜靈的上帝了。

但你呢，永恆主啊，你深知我；你看透我，你察驗我對你怎樣；求你將他們拉出來、如拉屠宰的羊，將他們分別出來、以備殺戮之日。

他使萬族之民屈服於我們之下，使萬國之民伏在我們腳下。
