萬軍之耶和華說：“從日出到日落的地方，我的名在列國中為大；在各處都有人向我的名燒香，獻上潔淨的禮物，因為我的名在列國中為大。”

“如果你不謹守遵行寫在這書上的這律法的一切話，不敬畏這榮耀和可畏的名，就是耶和華你的神，

迦南人和這地所有的居民聽見了，就必圍困我們，把我們的名字從這世上剪除，那時你為你的大名要怎樣行呢？”

從日出之地到日落之處，耶和華的名都該受讚美。

我要向你的聖殿下拜，我要因你的慈愛和信實稱謝你的名；因為你使你的名和應許顯為大，超過一切（“因為你使你的名和應許顯為大，超過一切”原文作“因為你使你的應許顯為大，超過你的一切名字”）。我呼求的日子，你就應允我；你使我剛強，心裡有力。耶和華啊！世上的君王都要稱謝你，因為他們聽見了你口中的言語。

不要懼怕，因為我與你同在；不要四處張望，因為我是你的神，我必堅固你，我必幫助你；我必用公義的右手扶持你。

萬軍之耶和華說：“凡以家畜中公的許了願，卻又詭詐地拿有殘疾的獻給主，那人當受咒詛；因為我是大君王，我的名在列國中是可敬畏的。”

你喜愛公義，恨惡邪惡，所以，神，就是你的神，用喜樂的油膏抹你，勝過膏抹你的同伴。

王有能力（“王有能力”原文作“王的能力”），喜愛公正；你堅立正義；你在雅各家施行公正和公義。

耶和華在他一切所行的事上，都是公義的，他對他一切所造的，都存著慈愛的心。

我觀看，見天開了。有一匹白馬，那騎馬的稱為“忠信”和“真實”；他按著公義審判和作戰。

摩西對神說：“我到以色列人那裡，對他們說：‘你們祖宗的神差遣我到你們這裡來’，他們必問我：‘他叫甚麼名字？’我要對他們說甚麼呢？”神回答摩西：“我是‘自有永有者’。”又說：“你要對以色列人這樣說：‘那自有者派我到你們這裡來。’”神又對摩西說：“你要對以色列人這樣說：‘耶和華你們祖宗的神，就是亞伯拉罕的神、以撒的神、雅各的神，差遣我到你們這裡來；這就是我永久的名字，也是世世代代中我被記念的名字。’

因為耶和華是公義的，他喜愛公義的行為，正直的人必得見他的面。

因為他的審判是真實公義的。他審判了那大淫婦，那以淫亂敗壞了世界的；並且為他的僕人向淫婦伸了流血的冤。”

耶和華在雲彩中降下來，與摩西一同站在那裡，並且宣告耶和華的名字。耶和華在摩西面前經過，並且宣告說：“耶和華，耶和華，是有憐憫有恩典的神，不輕易發怒，並且有豐盛的慈愛和誠實，為千千萬萬人留下慈愛，赦免罪孽、過犯和罪惡。一定要清除罪，追討罪孽自父及子至孫，直到三四代。”
