你的美名如此芬芳，如同倒出來的香膏，難怪少女們都愛慕你。

感謝上帝！祂常常在基督裡率領我們走在凱旋的行列中，又藉著我們到處散發那因認識基督而有的香氣。不論是在得救的人當中還是在滅亡的人當中，對上帝來說，我們都是基督的馨香之氣。對滅亡的人而言，這香氣是叫人死亡的香氣；對得救的人來說，這香氣卻是叫人得生命的香氣。誰能擔當這樣的重任呢？

曾經夜訪耶穌的尼哥德慕也來了，他帶來了沒藥和沉香調成的香料，重約三十四公斤。

你把生命之路指示我，你右手有永遠的福樂，我在你面前充滿喜樂。

我要登上沒藥山和乳香岡，直到晚風吹起、日影消逝。

「要以聖所的秤為準，用上等的香料，就是沒藥液六公斤、香肉桂和菖蒲各三公斤、肉桂皮六公斤，再加上橄欖油四升，

就起來為他開門；我的雙手滴下沒藥，甚至門閂也沾了我指頭滴下的沒藥。

他們進了屋子，看見孩子和祂母親瑪麗亞，就俯伏在地上拜祂，並打開盛寶物的盒子獻上黃金、乳香和沒藥作禮物。

要擊鼓跳舞讚美祂，要撥弦吹笛讚美祂！

她們歡喜快樂地進入王宮。

那從曠野上來，形狀像煙柱，散發著商人販賣的沒藥、乳香等各樣芬芳之氣的是什麼呢？

我要拆毀過冬和避暑的房屋，搗毀象牙裝飾的宮殿，推倒許多宏偉的樓宇。這是耶和華說的。」

亞哈其他的事，他的一切所作所為和他建造的象牙宮及各城邑，都記在以色列的列王史上。

我的妹妹，我的新娘啊，我已經來到自己的園中，採了我的沒藥和香料，品嚐了我的蜂房和蜂蜜，也享用了我的美酒和鮮奶。朋友們，盡情吃喝吧。相愛的人啊，沉醉在愛中吧！

我的良人靠在我懷中，如同一袋沒藥。

他的雙頰芬芳，猶如種滿香草的花圃。他的嘴唇好像百合花，滴下沒藥汁。

你好像一個美麗的果園，結滿了石榴和各種上好的果子，也有鳳仙花、哪噠樹、哪噠和番紅花、菖蒲和肉桂、沒藥和沉香，以及一切上好的香料。

我父的家裡有許多住處，不然我就不會說去為你們安排地方了。

定睛仰望為我們的信心創始成終的耶穌。祂為了擺在前面的喜樂，就輕看羞辱，忍受了十字架的痛苦，如今已坐在上帝寶座的右邊。
