斯民得土、不恃戈兵、不藉人力、乃爾巨力大能、眷顧而祐之兮。

我列祖非仗兵刃得地、亦非恃己之勇力得勝、乃賴主之右手、主之聖臂、主面上之榮光、因蒙主喜悅、

親手逐諸夷。吾族蒙建立。諸夷皆衰落。吾族獨發達。

It was not by their sword that they won the land, nor did their arm bring them victory; it was your right hand, your arm, and the light of your face, for you loved them.

They didn’t win the land with their swords. They didn’t gain success by their own power. Your powerful right hand and your mighty arm gave them victory. You gave them success because you loved them.

耶和華悅爾選爾、非為爾多於他邦之民、爾數較之維寡、惟因耶和華悅爾、欲踐所誓爾祖之言、以大能手導爾出、贖爾於奴隸之室、拯爾於埃及王法老之手、

使大蜂驅亞摩利二王於爾前、不藉爾刃爾弓、

恐爾自謂、得此貨財、乃我之能、與我之力、當憶爾上帝耶和華、因彼賜爾以力、俾得貨財、以踐所誓爾祖之約、有如今日、

惟耶和華悅爾祖而愛之、於萬民中、選其苗裔即爾、有如今日、

驚駭恐懼、臨及其身、耶和華歟、因爾巨臂、彼皆寂然如石、俟爾之民過焉、俟爾所贖之民過焉、

我心何為而抑鬱、中懷何為而煩擾、企望上帝、彼和顏而施救、我仍頌之兮、○

不第此也、利百加由我祖以撒而妊、二子未生、善惡未形、俾上帝選人之旨不移、非由乎行、乃由乎召之者、遂諭利百加曰、長子必事幼子、如經云、我愛雅各、而惡以掃、○然則將何言耶、上帝有不義乎、非也、蓋諭摩西云、我欲矜恤者矜恤之、欲憐憫者憐憫之、

我心何為而抑鬱、中懷何為而煩擾、企望上帝、彼和顏而施救、為我上帝、我仍頌之兮、

因愛爾祖、選其後裔、施厥大能、親導爾出埃及、為爾驅逐較爾強大之民、導爾入境、賜爾以為業、有如今日、

顯爾殊恩、凡託庇於爾者、爾以右手援於其敵兮、

奚撤爾手、即爾右手、其出之於懷、以行毀滅兮、○

今我乃知、耶和華拯其受膏者、必自聖天允其所祈、援以右手兮、

多曰有誰福我、耶和華歟、以爾容光照予兮、

耶和華既喜立爾為己民、必因其大名、不汝離棄、

彼曰、此乃耶和華諭所羅巴伯之言曰、非以權勢、非以能力、乃藉我神、萬軍之耶和華言之矣、

流乳與蜜、如耶和華悅我、必導我至其地、以之錫我、

以臂救贖爾民、雅各約瑟之裔兮、

我儕有此寶、置於土器、致莫大之能、非由我、乃由上帝、

以其榮臂援摩西之右手、判海水於其前、丕顯其名、永世弗替、

耶和華曰、我愛爾、爾曰、於何愛我、耶和華曰、以掃非雅各之兄乎、然我愛雅各、惡以掃、使其山荒蕪、以其業畀野犬、

今則被焚見伐、因爾怒容之責、至於滅亡兮、
