我如待宰羊。流離在異域。

You sold your people for a pittance, gaining nothing from their sale.

You sold your people for very little. You didn’t gain anything when you sold them.

You have sold your people for a trifle, demanding no high price for them.

You sold your precious people for a pittance, making nothing on the sale.

You sell your people for nothing; you make no profit from selling them.

You sell Your people cheaply, And have not profited by their sale.

You sell Your people for next to nothing, And are not enriched by selling them.

Thou sellest thy people for nought, And hast not increased thy wealth by their price.

You sell Your people for nothing; You make no profit from selling them.

Thou sellest thy people for nought, and dost not increase[ thy wealth] by their price.

You sold your people for a pittance; you did not ask a high price for them.

I will give your substance and your treasures for a plunder without price, and that for all your sins, even in all your borders.

How could one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, unless their Rock had sold them, and Yahweh had delivered them up?

For Yahweh says,“ You were sold for nothing; and you will be redeemed without money.”For the Lord Yahweh says:“ My people went down at the first into Egypt to live there: and the Assyrian has oppressed them without cause.

Therefore Yahweh’s anger burned against Israel, and he sold them into the hand of Cushan Rishathaim king of Mesopotamia; and the children of Israel served Cushan Rishathaim eight years.

and cinnamon, incense, perfume, frankincense, wine, olive oil, fine flour, wheat, sheep, horses, chariots, and people’s bodies and souls.

Yahweh’s anger burned against Israel, and he delivered them into the hands of raiders who plundered them. He sold them into the hands of their enemies all around, so that they could no longer stand before their enemies.

Yahweh says,“ Where is the bill of your mother’s divorce, with which I have put her away? Or to which of my creditors have I sold you? Behold, you were sold for your iniquities, and your mother was put away for your transgressions.

I said to them,“ We, after our ability, have redeemed our brothers the Jews that were sold to the nations; and would you even sell your brothers, and should they be sold to us?” Then they held their peace, and found not a word to say.Also I said,“ The thing that you do is not good. Shouldn’t you walk in the fear of our God, because of the reproach of the nations our enemies?I likewise, my brothers and my servants, lend them money and grain. Please let us stop this usury.Please restore to them, even today, their fields, their vineyards, their olive groves, and their houses, also the hundredth part of the money, and of the grain, the new wine, and the oil, that you are charging them.”Then they said,“ We will restore them, and will require nothing of them. We will do so, even as you say.” Then I called the priests, and took an oath of them, that they would do according to this promise.
