因为你是赐我力量的神。你为什么弃绝我呢？我为什么因仇敌的压迫徘徊悲哀呢？

因为你是作我保障的神。你为什么抛弃了我呢？我又为什么因仇敌的压迫时常哀痛徘徊呢？

你是作我保障的上帝，為何丟棄我呢？我為何因仇敵的欺壓時常哀痛呢？

你是保護我的上帝，你為何丟棄我？為何讓我受仇敵的攻擊，使我哀傷不已呢？

因為你是賜我力量的神。你為甚麼棄絕我呢？我為甚麼因仇敵的壓迫徘徊悲哀呢？

因為你才是做我保障的上帝；你為甚麼屏棄我？我為甚麼因仇敵之壓迫而出入悲哀呢？

因為你是作我保障的神。你為什麼拋棄了我呢？我又為什麼因仇敵的壓迫時常哀痛徘徊呢？

為我力之上帝、爾何為棄我、我何為因敵之虐、而哀痛兮、

上帝兮、爾素祐予、今何棄予如遺敵人暴虐、使我殷憂兮、

天主素嘗護庇我、今因何遺棄我、因何使我受仇敵凌虐、時常悲哀、

素為予之磐石兮。今胡為棄我如遺。豈不見橫逆之頻加兮。豈不聞小子之歔欷。

You are God my stronghold. Why have you rejected me? Why must I go about mourning, oppressed by the enemy?

You are God, my place of safety. Why have you turned your back on me? Why must I go around in sorrow? Why am I beaten down by my enemies?

For you are the God in whom I take refuge; why have you rejected me? Why do I go about mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?

For you are God, my only safe haven. Why have you tossed me aside? Why must I wander around in grief, oppressed by my enemies?

For you are the God of my refuge. Why have you rejected me? Why must I go about in sorrow because of the enemy’s oppression?

For You are the God of my refuge. Why have You rejected me? Why must I go about in sorrow because of the enemy’s oppression?

For you are the God who shelters me. Why do you reject me? Why must I walk around mourning because my enemies oppress me?

我要對神－我的磐石說：你為何忘記我呢？我為何因仇敵的欺壓時常哀痛呢？

耶和華是我的力量，是我的盾牌；我心裏倚靠他就得幫助。所以我心中歡樂，我必用詩歌頌讚他。

但那等候耶和華的必重新得力。他們必如鷹展翅上騰；他們奔跑卻不困倦，行走卻不疲乏。

因為耶和華必不丟棄他的百姓，也不離棄他的產業。

人論我說，公義、能力，惟獨在乎耶和華；人都必歸向他。凡向他發怒的必至蒙羞。

我必使他們倚靠我，得以堅固；一舉一動必奉我的名。這是耶和華說的。

耶和華是我的力量，我的詩歌，也成了我的拯救。這是我的神，我要讚美他，是我父親的神，我要尊崇他。

難道主要永遠丟棄我，不再施恩嗎？

「我兒所羅門哪，你當認識耶和華－你父的神，誠心樂意地事奉他；因為他鑒察眾人的心，知道一切心思意念。你若尋求他，他必使你尋見；你若離棄他，他必永遠丟棄你。

主－耶和華、我救恩的力量啊，在爭戰的日子，你遮蔽了我的頭。

求你救我脫離人為我暗設的網羅，因為你是我的保障。

我還有末了的話：你們要靠着主，倚賴他的大能大力作剛強的人。

但如今你丟棄了我們，使我們受辱，不和我們的軍兵同去。

我年老的時候，求你不要丟棄我！我力氣衰弱的時候，求你不要離棄我！

我靠着那加給我力量的，凡事都能做。
