因为你是作我保障的神。你为什么抛弃了我呢？我又为什么因仇敌的压迫时常哀痛徘徊呢？

因為你才是做我保障的上帝；你為甚麼屏棄我？我為甚麼因仇敵之壓迫而出入悲哀呢？

因為你是作我保障的神。你為什麼拋棄了我呢？我又為什麼因仇敵的壓迫時常哀痛徘徊呢？

為我力之上帝、爾何為棄我、我何為因敵之虐、而哀痛兮、

上帝兮、爾素祐予、今何棄予如遺敵人暴虐、使我殷憂兮、

天主素嘗護庇我、今因何遺棄我、因何使我受仇敵凌虐、時常悲哀、

素為予之磐石兮。今胡為棄我如遺。豈不見橫逆之頻加兮。豈不聞小子之歔欷。

You are God my stronghold. Why have you rejected me? Why must I go about mourning, oppressed by the enemy?

You are God, my place of safety. Why have you turned your back on me? Why must I go around in sorrow? Why am I beaten down by my enemies?

For you are the God in whom I take refuge; why have you rejected me? Why do I go about mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?

For you are God, my only safe haven. Why have you tossed me aside? Why must I wander around in grief, oppressed by my enemies?

For you are the God of my refuge. Why have you rejected me? Why must I go about in sorrow because of the enemy’s oppression?

For You are the God of my strength; why have You rejected me? Why do I go about mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?

For You are the God of my refuge. Why have You rejected me? Why must I go about in sorrow because of the enemy’s oppression?

For you are the God who shelters me. Why do you reject me? Why must I walk around mourning because my enemies oppress me?

我要对神我的磐石说：“你为何忘记我呢？我为何因仇敌的欺压时常哀痛呢？”

耶和华是我的力量，是我的盾牌；我心里倚靠他就得帮助。所以我心中欢乐，我必用诗歌颂赞他。

但那等候耶和华的必从新得力。他们必如鹰展翅上腾；他们奔跑却不困倦，行走却不疲乏。

因为耶和华必不丢弃他的百姓，也不离弃他的产业。

“人论我说，‘公义、能力，惟独在乎耶和华；人都必归向他。凡向他发怒的必至蒙羞。

我必使他们倚靠我，得以坚固；一举一动必奉我的名。”这是耶和华说的。

耶和华是我的力量，我的诗歌，也成了我的拯救。这是我的神，我要赞美他，是我父亲的神，我要尊崇他。

难道主要永远丢弃我，不再施恩吗？

“我儿所罗门哪，你当认识耶和华你父的神，诚心乐意地侍奉他；因为他鉴察众人的心，知道一切心思意念。你若寻求他，他必使你寻见；你若离弃他，他必永远丢弃你。

主耶和华、我救恩的力量啊，在争战的日子，你遮蔽了我的头。

求你救我脱离人为我暗设的网罗，因为你是我的保障。

我还有末了的话：你们要靠着主，倚赖他的大能大力作刚强的人。

但如今你丢弃了我们，使我们受辱，不和我们的军兵同去。

我年老的时候，求你不要丢弃我！我力气衰弱的时候，求你不要离弃我！

我靠着那加给我力量的，凡事都能作。
