因为你是赐我力量的神。你为什么弃绝我呢？我为什么因仇敌的压迫徘徊悲哀呢？

你是保护我的上帝，你为何丢弃我？为何让我受仇敌的攻击，使我哀伤不已呢？

因为你是作我保障的神。你为什么抛弃了我呢？我又为什么因仇敌的压迫时常哀痛徘徊呢？

因為你是賜我力量的神，為何丟棄我呢？我為何因仇敵的欺壓時常哀痛呢？

因為你才是做我保障的上帝；你為甚麼屏棄我？我為甚麼因仇敵之壓迫而出入悲哀呢？

因為你是作我保障的神。你為什麼拋棄了我呢？我又為什麼因仇敵的壓迫時常哀痛徘徊呢？

為我力之上帝、爾何為棄我、我何為因敵之虐、而哀痛兮、

上帝兮、爾素祐予、今何棄予如遺敵人暴虐、使我殷憂兮、

天主素嘗護庇我、今因何遺棄我、因何使我受仇敵凌虐、時常悲哀、

素為予之磐石兮。今胡為棄我如遺。豈不見橫逆之頻加兮。豈不聞小子之歔欷。

You are God my stronghold. Why have you rejected me? Why must I go about mourning, oppressed by the enemy?

You are God, my place of safety. Why have you turned your back on me? Why must I go around in sorrow? Why am I beaten down by my enemies?

For you are the God in whom I take refuge; why have you rejected me? Why do I go about mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?

For you are God, my only safe haven. Why have you tossed me aside? Why must I wander around in grief, oppressed by my enemies?

For you are the God of my refuge. Why have you rejected me? Why must I go about in sorrow because of the enemy’s oppression?

For You are the God of my strength; why have You rejected me? Why do I go about mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?

For You are the God of my refuge. Why have You rejected me? Why must I go about in sorrow because of the enemy’s oppression?

For you are the God who shelters me. Why do you reject me? Why must I walk around mourning because my enemies oppress me?

我要对神我的磐石说：“你为什么忘记我呢？我为什么因仇敌的压迫徘徊悲哀呢？”

耶和华是我的力量，是我的盾牌；我的心倚靠他，我就得到帮助；所以我的心欢乐。我要用诗歌颂赞他。

但那些仰望耶和华的人，必重新得力；他们必像鹰一样展翅上腾；他们奔跑，也不困倦，他们行走，也不疲乏。

因为耶和华必不丢弃他的子民，必不离弃他的产业。

人论到我必说：‘只有在耶和华里面才有公义和能力’；向他发怒的，都必来到他面前，并且要蒙羞。

我必使我的子民因耶和华而强盛，他们要奉耶和华的名行事为人。”这是耶和华的宣告。

耶和华是我的力量，我的诗歌，也成了我的拯救；这是我的神，我要赞美他；他是我父的神，我要尊崇他。

主要永远丢弃我，不再施恩吗？

“至于你，我儿所罗门哪，你要认识耶和华你父亲的神，一心乐意事奉他，因为耶和华鉴察万人的心，知道人的一切心思意念。你若是寻求他，就必寻见；你若是离弃他，他必永远丢弃你。

主耶和华，拯救我的力量啊，在争战的日子，你保护了我的头。

求你救我脱离人为我暗设的网罗，因为你是我的避难所。

最后，你们要靠主的大能大力，在他里面刚强。

现在，你却弃绝我们，使我们受辱，不再和我们的军队一同出征。

我年老的时候，求你不要丢弃我；我气力衰弱的时候，求你不要离弃我。

我靠着那加给我能力的，凡事都能作。
