我要对神我的岩石说：“你为什么忘记了我呢？我为什么要在仇敌的压迫下哀痛而行呢？”

我向上帝我磐石曰、爾何為忘我、我何為因敵之虐、而哀痛兮、

曰、我之上帝、如我岡巒、何遺我兮、何為敵人虐我、使予殷憂兮、

我向天主云、我倚主如磐、因何忘我、因何使我受仇敵凌虐、時常悲哀、

追念昔日兮。慈恩何富。朝承主之恩澤兮。暮抒予之仰慕。

I say to God my Rock,“ Why have you forgotten me? Why must I go about mourning, oppressed by the enemy?”

I say to God my Rock,“ Why have you forgotten me? Why must I go around in sorrow? Why am I treated so badly by my enemies?”

I say to God, my rock:“ Why have you forgotten me? Why do I go mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?”

“ O God my rock,” I cry,“ why have you forgotten me? Why must I wander around in grief, oppressed by my enemies?”

我屈身弯腰，低到极处，终日在哀痛中行走；

因为你是作我保障的神。你为什么抛弃了我呢？我又为什么因仇敌的压迫时常哀痛徘徊呢？

耶和华是我的岩石、我的要塞、我的救主。我的神是我的磐石，是我所投靠的！他是我的盾牌、我救恩的角、我的庇护所。

我的眼睛因苦难而干瘪；耶和华啊，我每天呼求你，向你展开双手！

我的神，我的神，你为什么离弃我？为什么远离不救我，不听我哀哼的话语？我的神哪，我白天呼求，你不回应；我在夜间也得不到安宁！

他们这才记起神是他们的磐石，至高神是他们的救赎主。

我转眼又看到在日光之下所行的一切欺压。看哪，受欺压者流泪，无人安慰他们！权势在欺压他们的人手中，却无人安慰受欺压者！

这是因仇敌的声音、因恶人压迫的缘故；是的，他们使坏事落在我身上，并在怒气中逼迫我。

唯有他是我的磐石、我的救恩、我的庇护所，我就不致大大动摇。

雅各啊，你为什么说，以色列啊，你为什么声称：“我的道路从耶和华面前隐藏了，我应得的公正被我的神忽略了”？

耶和华说：“女人怎能忘记自己吃奶的婴孩，不怜悯她亲生的孩子呢？即使她们可能忘记，我也不会忘记你。

耶和华啊，你要等到什么时候呢？你要永久忘记我吗？你向我隐藏你的脸，要到什么时候呢？

耶和华啊，我向你呼求！我的磐石啊，求你不要向我沉默——如果你对我不出声，我就与下阴坑的人一样了！

主啊，求你醒起！你为什么还在沉睡？求你醒来，不要永久抛弃我们！你为什么要隐藏你的脸，忘记我们所受的苦难和压迫呢？

唯有他是我的磐石、我的救恩、我的庇护所，我就不致动摇。我的救恩、我的荣耀都在于神，我坚固的磐石、我的避难所都在神里面。
