然此一切、昔我以為益、今為基督皆以為損、且我視萬事為有損、因皆不如得識我主耶穌基督、我為彼遺棄諸事、視為糞土、惟欲得基督、顯我屬彼、使我得義、非由律法、乃由信基督、即天主因信所賜之義、

我盼慕主之拯救、幾至魂消、我切切仰望主之言語、

我羨慕主之拯救、與主公義之言辭、盼至眼穿、

緣此主天主如是云、我僕得食、惟爾饑餓、我僕得飲、惟爾煩渴、我僕喜樂、惟爾愧怍、我僕心暢謳歌、惟爾心憂哀哭、

我將主之法度、以為永業、因此法度令我心悅、

當賴主聖名為榮、凡求主者、心宜歡欣、
