Let those be appalled because of their shame who say to me,“ Aha, Aha!”

愿那些哈哈嘲笑我的人羞愧难当！

愿那些对我说：“啊哈！啊哈！”的，都因羞愧而惊惶。

愿那些对我说“啊哈，啊哈”的，因自己的耻辱而惊恐。

願那些對我說阿哈、阿哈的，因羞愧而敗亡！

願那些對我說「啊哈、啊哈」的，因羞愧而敗亡！

願那些對我說「啊哈、啊哈」的，因羞愧而敗亡！

願那些哈哈嘲笑我的人羞愧難當！

願那些對我說：“啊哈！啊哈！”的，都因羞愧而驚惶。

願那譏誚我說：『呵哈！呵哈！』的都因失望而驚駭。

願那些對我說「啊哈，啊哈」的，因自己的恥辱而驚恐。

向我曰嘻嘻者、願其慚怍而驚駭兮、

有謂予曰、吁哉咈哉、爾當使彼煢然孑立、以報斯讐兮、

向我幸災樂禍者、願其羞愧敗亡、

務使謀我者。無所施其伎。

May those who say to me,“ Aha! Aha!” be appalled at their own shame.

Some people make fun of me. Let them be shocked when their plans fail.

Let them be horrified by their shame, for they said,“ Aha! We’ve got him now!”

Let those who say to me,“ Aha, aha!” be appalled because of their shame.

May those be appalled because of their shame Who say to me,“ Aha, aha!”

Let them be confounded because of their shame, Who say to me,“ Aha, aha!”

Let them be desolate by reason of their shame That say unto me, Aha, aha.

Let those who say to me,“ Aha, aha!” be horrified because of their shame.

Let them be desolate for a reward of their shame that say unto me, Aha, aha.

May those who say to me,“ Aha! Aha!” be humiliated and disgraced!

Let them be desolate by reason of their shame that tell me,“ Aha! Aha!”

They open wide their mouths against me; they say,“ Aha, Aha! Our eyes have seen it!”

Let them not say in their hearts,“ Aha, our heart’s desire!” Let them not say,“ We have swallowed him up.”

How they are destroyed in a moment, swept away utterly by terrors!

Appoint a wicked man against him; let an accuser stand at his right hand.When he is tried, let him come forth guilty; let his prayer be counted as sin!May his days be few; may another take his office!May his children be fatherless and his wife a widow!May his children wander about and beg, seeking food far from the ruins they inhabit!May the creditor seize all that he has; may strangers plunder the fruits of his toil!Let there be none to extend kindness to him, nor any to pity his fatherless children!May his posterity be cut off; may his name be blotted out in the second generation!May the iniquity of his fathers be remembered before the Lord, and let not the sin of his mother be blotted out!Let them be before the Lord continually, that he may cut off the memory of them from the earth!For he did not remember to show kindness, but pursued the poor and needy and the brokenhearted, to put them to death.He loved to curse; let curses come upon him! He did not delight in blessing; may it be far from him!He clothed himself with cursing as his coat; may it soak into his body like water, like oil into his bones!May it be like a garment that he wraps around him, like a belt that he puts on every day!May this be the reward of my accusers from the Lord, of those who speak evil against my life!

Let them turn back because of their shame who say,“ Aha, Aha!”May all who seek you rejoice and be glad in you! May those who love your salvation say evermore,“ God is great!”

For the days will come upon you, when your enemies will set up a barricade around you and surround you and hem you in on every sideand tear you down to the ground, you and your children within you. And they will not leave one stone upon another in you, because you did not know the time of your visitation.”

Pour out your indignation upon them, and let your burning anger overtake them.May their camp be a desolation; let no one dwell in their tents.

Alas for women who are pregnant and for those who are nursing infants in those days! For there will be great distress upon the earth and wrath against this people.They will fall by the edge of the sword and be led captive among all nations, and Jerusalem will be trampled underfoot by the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.
