看吧，一切向你發怒的都必失望狼狽；那些跟你相爭的人都必如同無有，歸於滅亡，

『人論到我都必說：義氣和能力惟在於永恆主；人都必回轉來歸向他；凡向他發怒的、必至於慚愧。

耶穌一對他們說：『我就是』，他們就往後退，仆倒在地上。

我的仇敵轉身退後，就從你面前跌倒而滅亡。

他就仆倒在地上，聽見有聲音對他說：『掃羅，掃羅，你為甚麼逼迫我？』他說：『先生，你是誰？』主說：『我就是你所逼迫的耶穌；你起來、進城，你所應該作的、就有人告訴你。』

主的使者立時擊打希律，因為他不將榮耀歸與上帝，他被蟲子咬，就氣絕了。但是上帝之道卻一直興旺，日益廣傳。

永恆主啊，求你使我不至於失望，因為我呼求了你；求你使惡人失望，啞然發愣下陰間。那逞驕傲輕慢之氣傲慢然說話攻擊義人的、願他們虛假的嘴脣被綁為啞口。

願那些尋索我命的、失望受辱；願那些對我幸災樂禍的、退後狼狽。願那些對我說『呵哈！呵哈！』的都因失望而往後退。

園工看見了兒子，卻彼此說：「這是承繼產業的；來吧，我們殺他，佔有他的產業。」於是拿住了他，丟出葡萄園外去，殺了。這樣，葡萄園主來的時候，要怎樣辦那些園工呢？』他們對他說：『惡人、他必用惡報殺滅他們，把葡萄園租給別的園工，就是能在果子的節候把果子納給他的。」』
