莫壅爾仁淵源源賜洪恩。但願爾聖道。長作我明燈。

For troubles without number surround me; my sins have overtaken me, and I cannot see. They are more than the hairs of my head, and my heart fails within me.

There are more troubles all around me than I can count. My sins have caught up with me, and I can’t see any longer. My sins are more than the hairs of my head. I have lost all hope.

For evils have encompassed me beyond number; my iniquities have overtaken me, and I cannot see; they are more than the hairs of my head; my heart fails me.

我的罪孽高过我的头，如同重担叫我担当不起。

我的肉体和我的心肠衰残；但神是我心里的力量，又是我的福分，直到永远。

无故恨我的，比我的头发还多；无理与我为仇、要把我剪除的，甚为强盛。我没有抢夺，他们竟然要我偿还！

谁能察觉自己的错失呢？求你赦免我隐藏的过犯。

死亡的绳索勒住我，阴间的痛苦抓住我，我遭遇患难愁苦。

那税吏远远地站着，连举目望天也不敢，只捶着胸，说：‘神啊，开恩可怜我这个罪人！’我告诉你们，这人回家去比那人倒算为义了。因为凡自高的，必降为卑；自甘卑微的，必升为高。”

因为基督也曾一次为罪受苦，就是义的代替不义的，为要引领你们到神面前。在肉体里，他被治死；但在灵里，他复活了。

人想到那要临到世界的事，就都吓得魂不附体，因为天上的万象都要震动。

我们都如羊走迷，各人偏行己路；耶和华使我们众人的罪孽都归在他身上。

他对兄弟们说：“我的银子退回来了，看哪，还在我袋子里！”他们战战兢兢，心都快跳出来了，彼此说：“神向我们做的是什么呢？”

求你不要远离我！因为灾难临头，无人帮助。许多公牛环绕我，巴珊大力的公牛四面围困我。它们向我张口，好像猎食吼叫的狮子。我如水被倒出，我的骨头都脱了节，我的心如蜡，在我里面熔化。我的精力枯干，如同瓦片，我的舌头紧贴上颚。你将我安置在死灰中。犬类围着我，恶党环绕我；他们扎了我的手、我的脚。我数遍我的骨头；他们瞪着眼看我。他们分我的外衣，为我的内衣抽签。耶和华啊，求你不要远离我！我的救主啊，求你快来帮助我！

因为我们的大祭司并非不能体恤我们的软弱；他也在各方面受过试探，与我们一样，只是他没有犯罪。
