蓋彼不識天主之義、而欲立己之義、故未服天主之義、

故我今日、向爾明證、爾曹有人沈淪、罪不在我、原文作爾眾之血於我無與蓋天主之旨、我悉以告爾、一無所隱、

凡益爾者、一無所隱、或於眾前、或於各家、示爾訓爾、勸猶太人希拉人悔改、歸天主、信我主耶穌基督、

我曰、耶穌基督為天主之真、為受割禮者之役、欲應天主所許列祖之言、亦使異邦人、因受矜恤而欽崇天主、如經載云、因此、我必在異邦中讚美主、歌頌主名、

天主之道、由爾傳聞、不第在瑪其頓、亞該亞、爾信天主隨在播揚、故不須我儕復有所言、

爾若口認耶穌為主、心信天主使其由死復活、則必得救、蓋人以心信則可稱義、以口認則可得救、

彼雖忤逆、爾當以我言告之、無論聽否、

即天主因人信耶穌基督所賜之義、賜諸信者、悉無區別、蓋眾已獲罪、不得不得或作缺於天主之榮、惟因基督耶穌贖罪、賴天主之恩、無功而稱義、蓋天主立耶穌為贖罪之祭、使人由信其血而可得赦、天主以其寛容、免人已往之罪、而彰其義、即於今時顯彰其義、使人知天主為義、亦稱信耶穌者為義、

聖神與新婦皆曰、來、聞之者亦當曰來、凡渴者當來、凡欲之者、可以不費貲而取生命之水、○

基督耶穌臨世、以救罪人、此言可信、人當悅納者、罪人中我本元惡、

凡有血氣者、必得見天主拯救云、

我必永遠歌頌主之恩慈、口中以主之誠實傳於萬代、

人子歟、我為以色列人立爾為守望者、爾由我口聽言、代我示之以警戒、我言惡人必死、如爾不警此惡人、不以言勸戒、使彼離其惡行、以獲生命、惡人必死於罪、而其喪命之罪、我必責問於爾、而其喪命之罪我必責問於爾原文作而其血必討於爾手下同

謹守主約及主之法度者、主凡事待以恩惠誠實、

因我目已睹主之拯救、即主所備於萬民前者、為光照異邦之人、亦為主以色列民之榮、

主必循在古時與我列祖所立之誓、將施誠實於雅各、加恩惠於亞伯拉罕、

使我得義、非由律法、乃由信基督、即天主因信所賜之義、

窮苦人呼籲、主即垂聽、救之於一切患難、

我儕以福音報爾、即所許我列祖之事、今天主以耶穌復活、為我儕為其子孫者應之、如詩篇第二篇所載云、爾乃我子、我今日生爾、

蓋律法授自摩西、恩寵及真理則由耶穌基督而至、

蓋天主愛世、至以獨生子賜之、使凡信之者、免沈淪而得永生、且天主遣子臨世、非為罪世、乃為使世因之得救、
