Remove your scourge from me; I am overcome by the blow of your hand.

Remove your stroke from me; I am spent by the hostility of your hand.

But please stop striking me! I am exhausted by the blows from your hand.

Remove your torment from me. Because of the force of your hand I am finished.

There is no healthy part in my flesh because of Your indignation; There is no health in my bones because of my sin.For my guilty deeds have gone over my head; Like a heavy burden they weigh too much for me.

Will you really nullify My judgment? Will you condemn Me so that you may be justified?

Turn to me and be gracious to me, For I am lonely and afflicted.The troubles of my heart are enlarged; Bring me out of my distresses.

For day and night Your hand was heavy upon me; My vitality failed as with the dry heat of summer. Selah

So you shall make likenesses of your tumors and likenesses of your mice that are ruining the land, and you shall give glory to the God of Israel; perhaps He will lighten His hand from you, your gods, and your land.
