For those who are evil will be destroyed, but those who hope in the Lord will inherit the land.

Sinful people will be destroyed. But those who put their hope in the Lord will receive the land.

For the wicked will be destroyed, but those who trust in the Lord will possess the land.

For evildoers will be destroyed, but those who put their hope in the LORD will inherit the land.

For evildoers will be eliminated, But those who wait for the Lord, they will inherit the land.

For evildoers shall be cut off; But those who wait on the Lord, They shall inherit the earth.

For evil- doers shall be cut off; But those that wait for Jehovah, they shall inherit the land.

Wicked men will be wiped out, but those who rely on the LORD are the ones who will possess the land.

“ This is the portion of a wicked man with God, and the heritage that oppressors receive from the Almighty:If his children are multiplied, it is for the sword, and his descendants have not enough bread.Those who survive him the pestilence buries, and his widows do not weep.Though he heap up silver like dust, and pile up clothing like clay,he may pile it up, but the righteous will wear it, and the innocent will divide the silver.He builds his house like a moth’s, like a booth that a watchman makes.He goes to bed rich, but will do so no more; he opens his eyes, and his wealth is gone.Terrors overtake him like a flood; in the night a whirlwind carries him off.The east wind lifts him up and he is gone; it sweeps him out of his place.It hurls at him without pity; he flees from its power in headlong flight.It claps its hands at him and hisses at him from its place.

But as it is, they desire a better country, that is, a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for he has prepared for them a city.

But the meek shall inherit the land and delight themselves in abundant peace.The wicked plots against the righteous and gnashes his teeth at him,

and you have made them a kingdom and priests to our God, and they shall reign on the earth.”

To fill his belly to the full, God will send his burning anger against him and rain it upon him into his body.He will flee from an iron weapon; a bronze arrow will strike him through.It is drawn forth and comes out of his body; the glittering point comes out of his gallbladder; terrors come upon him.Utter darkness is laid up for his treasures; a fire not fanned will devour him; what is left in his tent will be consumed.The heavens will reveal his iniquity, and the earth will rise up against him.The possessions of his house will be carried away, dragged off in the day of God’s wrath.This is the wicked man’s portion from God, the heritage decreed for him by God.”

then you shall take delight in the Lord, and I will make you ride on the heights of the earth; I will feed you with the heritage of Jacob your father, for the mouth of the Lord has spoken.”
