當因主歡樂、主必將爾心之所願賜爾、

怡怡承甘旨。飲和且飽德。所求必見應。心願靡有缺。

Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.

You did not choose Me but I chose you, and appointed you that you would go and bear fruit, and that your fruit would remain, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to you.

Lord, in Your strength the king will be glad, And in Your salvation how greatly he will rejoice!You have given him his heart’s desire, And You have not withheld the request of his lips. Selah

For then you will take pleasure in the Almighty And lift up your face to God.

and though you have not seen Him, you love Him, and though you do not see Him now, but believe in Him, you greatly rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory,

May my praise be pleasing to Him; As for me, I shall rejoice in the Lord.

Or will he take pleasure in the Almighty? Will he call on God at all times?

Then I will go to the altar of God, To God my exceeding joy; And I will praise You on the lyre, God, my God.

“ Like an apple tree among the trees of the forest, So is my beloved among the young men. In his shade I took great delight and sat down, And his fruit was sweet to my taste.

For he has said,‘ It is of no use to a man When he becomes friends with God.’
