Consider the blameless, observe the upright; a future awaits those who seek peace.

Consider honest people who are without blame. People who seek peace will have a tomorrow.

Mark the blameless and behold the upright, for there is a future for the man of peace.

Look at those who are honest and good, for a wonderful future awaits those who love peace.

Watch the blameless and observe the upright, for the person of peace will have a future.

須知予已準備舍生致命矣。予之解脫、即在目前；予之奮鬥、不為徒勞；予之行程、已告完成；予亦何幸而得篤守信德、舍命不渝。今而後已有正義之榮冠、備以待我；一俟彼日之臨、公明之主、將以斯冠加諸我首；豈惟於我為然、凡渴望其來臨者、亦莫不然也。

眾方投石、司諦文呼籲天主曰：『乞主耶穌納予神魂！』又跪而呼曰：『主乎！勿將此罪歸於彼眾！』言畢即安然長眠。此固掃羅之所樂睹也。

時都中有寅恪之士、名西默翁、平生殷望義塞之慰藉聖神恆與之偕、嘗蒙默啟、生前必得親睹上主之基督。是日、被靈感而詣聖殿、適逢二親懷嬰入、欲行定禮、西默翁接嬰入抱、而頌揚天主曰：『求我主宰、履爾所示、放爾僕人、安然謝世！

且知吾之脫離此宅、即在目前、正如吾主耶穌之所預示也。
