爾當仰望主、遵守主之道、主必使爾高升而得地為業、親眼得見惡人滅絕、

兢兢守主道。必蒙主提挈。賜爾承大地。親見眾逆滅。

Hope in the Lord and keep his way. He will exalt you to inherit the land; when the wicked are destroyed, you will see it.

你當倚靠耶和華而行善，安居地上，以他的信實為糧；

你當安心倚靠耶和華，耐性等候他，不要因那道路通達的和那惡謀成就的心懷不平。

但堅忍到底的終必得救。

因為作惡的必被剪除；惟有等候耶和華的必承受土地。

你不要說：「我要以惡報惡」；要等候耶和華，他必拯救你。

神也要毀滅你，直到永遠。他要抓住你，從帳棚中拉你出來，從活人之地將你拔除。（細拉）義人要看見而懼怕，並要笑他。

你卻高舉了我的角，如野牛的角；我是被新油膏抹的。我的眼睛看見我的仇敵遭報，我的耳朵聽見那些起來攻擊我的惡人受罰。

你惟親眼觀看，見惡人遭報。

因為凡自高的，必降為卑；自甘卑微的，必升為高。」

正直人的道遠離惡事，謹守己路的，保全性命。

所以，你們要謙卑服在神大能的手下，這樣，到了適當的時候，他必使你們升高。

你的兩眼要向前看，你的雙目直視前方。要修平你腳下的路，你一切的道就必穩固。不可偏左偏右，你的腳要離開邪惡。

他施捨，賙濟貧窮，他的義行存到永遠，他的角必被高舉，大有榮耀。

然而，義人要持守所行的道，手潔的人要力上加力。

使你們的信心既被考驗，就比那被火試煉仍然能壞的金子更顯寶貴，可以在耶穌基督顯現的時候得着稱讚、榮耀、尊貴。
