求你把我隐藏，使我脱离作恶之人的暗谋，脱离作孽之人的扰乱。他们磨舌如刀，发出苦毒的言语，好像瞄准了的箭，要在暗地里射完全人；他们忽然射他，并不惧怕。他们彼此勉励，设下恶计；他们商量，暗设圈套，说：“谁能看见呢？”他们图谋奸恶：“我们完成了精密的策划。”各人的意念心思是深沉的。

我全身的骨头要说：“耶和华啊，谁能像你救护困苦人脱离那比他强壮的，救护困苦贫穷人脱离那抢夺他的？”

彼得清醒过来，说：“现在我真知道主差遣他的使者，救我脱离希律的手，和犹太人所期待的一切。”

用刀杀了约翰的哥哥雅各。他见犹太人喜欢这事，也去拿住彼得。那时候正是除酵节期间。

对大卫说：“你比我公义，因为你以善待我，我却以恶待你。

先知中有哪一个不是受你们祖宗的迫害呢？他们把预先宣告那义者要来的人杀了。如今你们成了那义者的出卖者和凶手了。

我父啊，请看，看你外袍的衣角在我手中。我割下你外袍的衣角，却没有杀你。你知道，并且看见我没有恶意要悖逆你。你虽然要猎取我的命，我却没有得罪你。

不要像该隐；他是属那邪恶者，杀了自己的弟弟。为什么杀了他呢？因为自己的行为是邪恶的，而弟弟的行为是正直的。

好流人血的，恨恶完全人，正直人却顾惜他的性命。

希律不归荣耀给上帝，所以主的使者立刻击打他，他被虫咬，就断了气。

你的眼目清洁，不看邪恶，也不看奸恶，为何你却看着人行诡诈呢？恶人吞灭比自己公义的人，为何你保持沉默呢？
