求你保護我免遭惡人的謀害，使我脫離不法之徒。他們舌頭鋒利如刀，言語惡毒如箭穿心。他們埋伏起來，暗箭傷害純全無過的人。他們突然襲擊，毫無顧忌。他們狼狽為奸，商量暗設網羅，以為誰也看不見。他們圖謀不義之事，認為策劃得無懈可擊。人心真是狡猾。

我從心底發出讚歎：耶和華啊，誰能像你？你拯救弱者免受欺壓，拯救窮人免遭掠奪。

彼得這才如夢初醒，說：「現在我確定，主派了天使來救我脫離希律的魔掌，不讓猶太人的期望得逞。」

殺了約翰的哥哥雅各。他見這樣做能取悅猶太人，便又在除酵節期間拘捕了彼得，

掃羅對大衛說：「你比我公義，因為你善待我，我卻惡待你。

哪一位先知沒有被你們祖先迫害？那些預言義者——彌賽亞要來的人也被你們的祖先殺害。如今你們竟出賣了那位公義者，殺害了祂！

我父請看，你的這塊袍子在我手中。我割下了你的袍角，沒有殺你，現在你應該明白我並未圖謀背叛你。我沒有對不起你，你卻要置我於死地。

不要步該隱的後塵。他屬於那惡者，殺害了自己的弟弟。他為什麼要殺害自己的弟弟呢？因為他的行為邪惡，而他弟弟秉行公義。

嗜殺之徒憎惡純全無過的人，但正直的人保護他們。

希律沒有把榮耀歸給上帝，主的天使立刻懲罰他，他當場被蟲子咬死了。

你的眼目極為清潔，見不得邪惡，也不能容忍罪惡。但你為何容忍奸惡之人呢？惡人吞滅比他們公義的人，你為何默然不語呢？
