Your righteousness is like the highest mountains, your justice like the great deep. You, Lord, preserve both people and animals.

Your holiness is as great as the height of the highest mountains. You are as honest as the oceans are deep. Lord, you keep people and animals safe.

Your righteousness is like the mountains of God; your judgments are like the great deep; man and beast you save, O Lord.

Your righteousness is like the mighty mountains, your justice like the ocean depths. You care for people and animals alike, O Lord.

Your righteousness is like the highest mountains, your judgments like the deepest sea. LORD, you preserve people and animals.

Oh the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and the knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past tracing out!

Your way was through the sea; your paths through the great waters. Your footsteps were not known.

Your righteousness also, God, reaches to the heavens; you have done great things. God, who is like you?

I have not spoken in secret, in a place of the land of darkness. I didn’t say to the offspring of Jacob,‘ Seek me in vain.’ I, Yahweh, speak righteousness. I declare things that are right.

Yahweh is good to all. His tender mercies are over all his works.

Clouds and darkness are around him. Righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne.

How great are your works, Yahweh! Your thoughts are very deep.

whom God sent to be an atoning sacrifice, through faith in his blood, for a demonstration of his righteousness through the passing over of prior sins, in God’s forbearance;

Shouldn’t I be concerned for Nineveh, that great city, in which are more than one hundred twenty thousand persons who can’t discern between their right hand and their left hand; and also much livestock?”

You are Yahweh, even you alone. You have made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their army, the earth and all things that are on it, the seas and all that is in them, and you preserve them all. The army of heaven worships you.

You open your hand, and satisfy the desire of every living thing.Yahweh is righteous in all his ways, and gracious in all his works.

Haven’t you known? Haven’t you heard? The everlasting God, Yahweh, the Creator of the ends of the earth, doesn’t faint. He isn’t weary. His understanding is unsearchable.

He provides food for the livestock, and for the young ravens when they call.

At that time, Jesus answered,“ I thank you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that you hid these things from the wise and understanding, and revealed them to infants.Yes, Father, for so it was well- pleasing in your sight.

Declare and present it. Yes, let them take counsel together. Who has shown this from ancient time? Who has declared it of old? Haven’t I, Yahweh? There is no other God besides me, a just God and a Savior. There is no one besides me.“ Look to me, and be saved, all the ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is no other.I have sworn by myself. The word has gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and will not be revoked, that to me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall take an oath.They will say of me,‘ There is righteousness and strength only in Yahweh.’” Even to him will men come. All those who raged against him will be disappointed.

“ Aren’t two sparrows sold for an assarion coin? Not one of them falls on the ground apart from your Father’s will,but the very hairs of your head are all numbered.

There was a trembling in the camp, in the field, and among all the people; the garrison, and the raiders, also trembled; and the earth quaked, so there was an exceedingly great trembling.

“ Can you fathom the mystery of God? Or can you probe the limits of the Almighty?They are high as heaven. What can you do? They are deeper than Sheol. What can you know?Its measure is longer than the earth, and broader than the sea.

If I have sinned, what do I do to you, you watcher of men? Why have you set me as a mark for you, so that I am a burden to myself?

He causes the grass to grow for the livestock, and plants for man to cultivate, that he may produce food out of the earth:wine that makes the heart of man glad, oil to make his face to shine, and bread that strengthens man’s heart.Yahweh’s trees are well watered, the cedars of Lebanon, which he has planted;where the birds make their nests. The stork makes its home in the cypress trees.The high mountains are for the wild goats. The rocks are a refuge for the rock badgers.He appointed the moon for seasons. The sun knows when to set.You make darkness, and it is night, in which all the animals of the forest prowl.The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their food from God.The sun rises, and they steal away, and lie down in their dens.Man goes out to his work, to his labor until the evening.Yahweh, how many are your works! In wisdom, you have made them all. The earth is full of your riches.There is the sea, great and wide, in which are innumerable living things, both small and large animals.There the ships go, and leviathan, whom you formed to play there.These all wait for you, that you may give them their food in due season.You give to them; they gather. You open your hand; they are satisfied with good.You hide your face; they are troubled. You take away their breath; they die and return to the dust.You send out your Spirit and they are created. You renew the face of the ground.Let Yahweh’s glory endure forever. Let Yahweh rejoice in his works.He looks at the earth, and it trembles. He touches the mountains, and they smoke.I will sing to Yahweh as long as I live. I will sing praise to my God while I have any being.Let my meditation be sweet to him. I will rejoice in Yahweh.Let sinners be consumed out of the earth. Let the wicked be no more. Bless Yahweh, my soul. Praise Yah!

Pray to Yahweh; for there has been enough of mighty thunderings and hail. I will let you go, and you shall stay no longer.”

We can’t reach the Almighty. He is exalted in power. In justice and great righteousness, he will not oppress.

May it be far from you to do things like that, to kill the righteous with the wicked, so that the righteous should be like the wicked. May that be far from you. Shouldn’t the Judge of all the earth do right?”

The Rock: his work is perfect, for all his ways are just. A God of faithfulness who does no wrong, just and right is he.

You are righteous, Yahweh, when I contend with you; yet I would like to reason the cause with you. Why does the way of the wicked prosper? Why are they all at ease who deal very treacherously?

For to this end we both labor and suffer reproach, because we have set our trust in the living God, who is the Savior of all men, especially of those who believe.
