Your righteousness is like the highest mountains, your justice like the great deep. You, Lord, preserve both people and animals.

Your holiness is as great as the height of the highest mountains. You are as honest as the oceans are deep. Lord, you keep people and animals safe.

Your righteousness is like the mountains of God; your judgments are like the great deep; man and beast you save, O Lord.

Your righteousness is like the mighty mountains, your justice like the ocean depths. You care for people and animals alike, O Lord.

Also Your righteousness, O God, is very high, You who have done great things; O God, who is like You?

I have not spoken in secret, In a dark place of the earth; I did not say to the seed of Jacob,‘ Seek Me in vain’; I, the Lord, speak righteousness, I declare things that are right.

The Lord is good to all, And His tender mercies are over all His works.

Clouds and darkness surround Him; Righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne.

O Lord, how great are Your works! Your thoughts are very deep.

whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed,

And should I not pity Nineveh, that great city, in which are more than one hundred and twenty thousand persons who cannot discern between their right hand and their left— and much livestock?”

You alone are the Lord; You have made heaven, The heaven of heavens, with all their host, The earth and everything on it, The seas and all that is in them, And You preserve them all. The host of heaven worships You.

You open Your hand And satisfy the desire of every living thing.The Lord is righteous in all His ways, Gracious in all His works.

Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, The Creator of the ends of the earth, Neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable.

He gives to the beast its food, And to the young ravens that cry.

At that time Jesus answered and said,“ I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and have revealed them to babes.Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight.

Tell and bring forth your case; Yes, let them take counsel together. Who has declared this from ancient time? Who has told it from that time? Have not I, the Lord? And there is no other God besides Me, A just God and a Savior; There is none besides Me.“ Look to Me, and be saved, All you ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other.I have sworn by Myself; The word has gone out of My mouth in righteousness, And shall not return, That to Me every knee shall bow, Every tongue shall take an oath.He shall say,‘ surely in the Lord I have righteousness and strength. To Him men shall come, And all shall be ashamed Who are incensed against Him.

Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father’s will.But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.

And there was trembling in the camp, in the field, and among all the people. The garrison and the raiders also trembled; and the earth quaked, so that it was a very great trembling.

“ Can you search out the deep things of God? Can you find out the limits of the Almighty?They are higher than heaven— what can you do? Deeper than Sheol— what can you know?Their measure is longer than the earth And broader than the sea.

Have I sinned? What have I done to You, O watcher of men? Why have You set me as Your target, So that I am a burden to myself?

He causes the grass to grow for the cattle, And vegetation for the service of man, That he may bring forth food from the earth,And wine that makes glad the heart of man, Oil to make his face shine, And bread which strengthens man’s heart.The trees of the Lord are full of sap, The cedars of Lebanon which He planted,Where the birds make their nests; The stork has her home in the fir trees.The high hills are for the wild goats; The cliffs are a refuge for the rock badgers.He appointed the moon for seasons; The sun knows its going down.You make darkness, and it is night, In which all the beasts of the forest creep about.The young lions roar after their prey, And seek their food from God.When the sun rises, they gather together And lie down in their dens.Man goes out to his work And to his labor until the evening.O Lord, how manifold are Your works! In wisdom You have made them all. The earth is full of Your possessions—This great and wide sea, In which are innumerable teeming things, Living things both small and great.There the ships sail about; There is that Leviathan Which You have made to play there.These all wait for You, That You may give them their food in due season.What You give them they gather in; You open Your hand, they are filled with good.You hide Your face, they are troubled; You take away their breath, they die and return to their dust.You send forth Your Spirit, they are created; And You renew the face of the earth.May the glory of the Lord endure forever; May the Lord rejoice in His works.He looks on the earth, and it trembles; He touches the hills, and they smoke.I will sing to the Lord as long as I live; I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.May my meditation be sweet to Him; I will be glad in the Lord.May sinners be consumed from the earth, And the wicked be no more. Bless the Lord, O my soul! Praise the Lord!

Entreat the Lord, that there may be no more mighty thundering and hail, for it is enough. I will let you go, and you shall stay no longer.”

As for the Almighty, we cannot find Him; He is excellent in power, In judgment and abundant justice; He does not oppress.

Far be it from You to do such a thing as this, to slay the righteous with the wicked, so that the righteous should be as the wicked; far be it from You! Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?”

He is the Rock, His work is perfect; For all His ways are justice, A God of truth and without injustice; Righteous and upright is He.

Righteous are You, O Lord, when I plead with You; Yet let me talk with You about Your judgments. Why does the way of the wicked prosper? Why are those happy who deal so treacherously?

For to this end we both labor and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Savior of all men, especially of those who believe.
