How great are thy works, O Jehovah! Thy thoughts are very deep.

whom God set forth to be a propitiation, through faith, in his blood, to show his righteousness because of the passing over of the sins done aforetime, in the forbearance of God;

and should not I have regard for Nineveh, that great city, wherein are more than sixscore thousand persons that cannot discern between their right hand and their left hand; and also much cattle?

Thou art Jehovah, even thou alone; thou hast made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their host, the earth and all things that are thereon, the seas and all that is in them, and thou preservest them all; and the host of heaven worshippeth thee.

Thou openest thy hand, And satisfiest the desire of every living thing.Jehovah is righteous in all his ways, And gracious in all his works.

Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard? The everlasting God, Jehovah, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary; there is no searching of his understanding.

He giveth to the beast his food, And to the young ravens which cry.

At that season Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou didst hide these things from the wise and understanding, and didst reveal them unto babes:yea, Father, for so it was well- pleasing in thy sight.

Declare ye, and bring it forth; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath showed this from ancient time? who hath declared it of old? have not I, Jehovah? and there is no God else besides me, a just God and a Saviour; there is none besides me.Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is none else.By myself have I sworn, the word is gone forth from my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, that unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.Only in Jehovah, it is said of me, is righteousness and strength; even to him shall men come; and all they that were incensed against him shall be put to shame.

Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? and not one of them shall fall on the ground without your Father:but the very hairs of your head are all numbered.

And there was a trembling in the camp, in the field, and among all the people; the garrison, and the spoilers, they also trembled; and the earth quaked: so there was an exceeding great trembling.

Canst thou by searching find out God? Canst thou find out the Almighty unto perfection?It is high as heaven; what canst thou do? Deeper than Sheol; what canst thou know?The measure thereof is longer than the earth, And broader than the sea.

If I have sinned, what do I unto thee, O thou watcher of men? Why hast thou set me as a mark for thee, So that I am a burden to myself?

He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, And herb for the service of man; That he may bring forth food out of the earth,And wine that maketh glad the heart of man, And oil to make his face to shine, And bread that strengtheneth man’s heart.The trees of Jehovah are filled with moisture, The cedars of Lebanon, which he hath planted;Where the birds make their nests: As for the stork, the fir- trees are her house.The high mountains are for the wild goats; The rocks are a refuge for the conies.He appointed the moon for seasons: The sun knoweth his going down.Thou makest darkness, and it is night, Wherein all the beasts of the forest creep forth.The young lions roar after their prey, And seek their food from God.The sun ariseth, they get them away, And lay them down in their dens.Man goeth forth unto his work And to his labor until the evening.O Jehovah, how manifold are thy works! In wisdom hast thou made them all: The earth is full of thy riches.Yonder is the sea, great and wide, Wherein are things creeping innumerable, Both small and great beasts.There go the ships; There is leviathan, whom thou hast formed to play therein.These wait all for thee, That thou mayest give them their food in due season.Thou givest unto them, they gather; Thou openest thy hand, they are satisfied with good.Thou hidest thy face, they are troubled; Thou takest away their breath, they die, And return to their dust.Thou sendest forth thy Spirit, they are created; And thou renewest the face of the ground.Let the glory of Jehovah endure for ever; Let Jehovah rejoice in his works:Who looketh on the earth, and it trembleth; He toucheth the mountains, and they smoke.I will sing unto Jehovah as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have any being.Let my meditation be sweet unto him: I will rejoice in Jehovah.Let sinners be consumed out of the earth. And let the wicked be no more. Bless Jehovah, O my soul. Praise ye Jehovah.

Entreat Jehovah; for there hath been enough of these mighty thunderings and hail; and I will let you go, and ye shall stay no longer.

Touching the Almighty, we cannot find him out: He is excellent in power; And in justice and plenteous righteousness he will not afflict.

That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked, that so the righteous should be as the wicked; that be far from thee: shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?

The Rock, his work is perfect; For all his ways are justice: A God of faithfulness and without iniquity, Just and right is he.

Righteous art thou, O Jehovah, when I contend with thee; yet would I reason the cause with thee: wherefore doth the way of the wicked prosper? wherefore are all they at ease that deal very treacherously?

For to this end we labor and strive, because we have our hope set on the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of them that believe.
