Therefore the Lord has recompensed me according to my righteousness, According to the cleanness of my hands in His sight.With the merciful You will show Yourself merciful; With a blameless man You will show Yourself blameless;

The Lord shall judge the peoples; Judge me, O Lord, according to my righteousness, And according to my integrity within me.Oh, let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end, But establish the just; For the righteous God tests the hearts and minds.My defense is of God, Who saves the upright in heart.

The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying:“ Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you.

Hear my prayer, O Lord, Give ear to my supplications! In Your faithfulness answer me, And in Your righteousness.Do not enter into judgment with Your servant, For in Your sight no one living is righteous.

For the heavens will vanish away like smoke, The earth will grow old like a garment, And those who dwell in it will die in like manner; But My salvation will be forever, And My righteousness will not be abolished.“ Listen to Me, you who know righteousness, You people in whose heart is My law: Do not fear the reproach of men, Nor be afraid of their insults.For the moth will eat them up like a garment, And the worm will eat them like wool; But My righteousness will be forever, And My salvation from generation to generation.”

For the Lord will not cast off His people, Nor will He forsake His inheritance.But judgment will return to righteousness, And all the upright in heart will follow it.

I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing.
