In you, Lord, I have taken refuge; let me never be put to shame; deliver me in your righteousness.

Lord, I have come to you for safety. Don’t let me ever be put to shame. Save me, because you do what is right.

Lord, I seek refuge in You; let me never be disgraced.In Your justice, rescue and deliver me; listen closely to me and save me.Be a rock of refuge for me, where I can always go. Give the command to save me, for You are my rock and fortress.

Now the Scripture says, Everyone who believes on Him will not be put to shame,

My God, I trust in You. Do not let me be disgraced; do not let my enemies gloat over me.

Our fathers trusted in You; they trusted, and You rescued them.They cried to You and were set free; they trusted in You and were not disgraced.

Lord, hear my prayer. In Your faithfulness listen to my plea, and in Your righteousness answer me.

This hope will not disappoint us, because God’s love has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

Lord, in keeping with all Your righteous acts, may Your anger and wrath turn away from Your city Jerusalem, Your holy mountain; for because of our sins and the iniquities of our fathers, Jerusalem and Your people have become an object of ridicule to all those around us.

Because of Your name, Yahweh, let me live. In Your righteousness deliver me from trouble,and in Your faithful love destroy my enemies. Wipe out all those who attack me, for I am Your servant.

The Lord judges the peoples; vindicate me, Lord, according to my righteousness and my integrity.Let the evil of the wicked come to an end, but establish the righteous. The One who examines the thoughts and emotions is a righteous God.

Vindicate me, God, and defend my cause against an ungodly nation; rescue me from the deceitful and unjust man.

Kings will be your foster fathers, and their queens your nursing mothers. They will bow down to you with their faces to the ground, and lick the dust at your feet. Then you will know that I am Yahweh; those who put their hope in Me will not be put to shame.
