主即將我之哀哭、變為踴躍、使我解脫麻衣、衣被喜樂、

求主垂憐。加以神助。

You turned my wailing into dancing; you removed my sackcloth and clothed me with joy,

You turned my loud crying into dancing. You removed my clothes of sadness and dressed me with joy.

You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; you have loosed my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness,

You have turned my mourning into joyful dancing. You have taken away my clothes of mourning and clothed me with joy,

You turned my lament into dancing; you removed my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness,

You have turned my mourning into dancing for me; You have untied my sackcloth and encircled me with joy,

You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; You have put off my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness,

Again will I build thee, and thou shalt be built, O virgin of Israel: again shalt thou be adorned with thy tabrets, and shalt go forth in the dances of them that make merry.

a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;

When Jehovah brought back those that returned to Zion, We were like unto them that dream.Then was our mouth filled with laughter, And our tongue with singing: Then said they among the nations, Jehovah hath done great things for them.

Praise him with timbrel and dance: Praise him with stringed instruments and pipe.

And David danced before Jehovah with all his might; and David was girded with a linen ephod.

Let them praise his name in the dance: Let them sing praises unto him with timbrel and harp.

He hath swallowed up death for ever; and the Lord Jehovah will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the reproach of his people will he take away from off all the earth: for Jehovah hath spoken it.

Then shall the virgin rejoice in the dance, and the young men and the old together; for I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice from their sorrow.And I will satiate the soul of the priests with fatness, and my people shall be satisfied with my goodness, saith Jehovah.

For his anger is but for a moment; His favor is for a life- time: Weeping may tarry for the night, But joy cometh in the morning.

and he shall wipe away every tear from their eyes; and death shall be no more; neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain, any more: the first things are passed away.

Thou hast put gladness in my heart, More than they have when their grain and their new wine are increased.

But the father said to his servants, Bring forth quickly the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet:

Rejoice ye with Jerusalem, and be glad for her, all ye that love her: rejoice for joy with her, all ye that mourn over her;that ye may suck and be satisfied with the breasts of her consolations; that ye may milk out, and be delighted with the abundance of her glory.

O our God, wilt thou not judge them? for we have no might against this great company that cometh against us; neither know we what to do: but our eyes are upon thee.

I will greatly rejoice in Jehovah, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with a garland, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.

And Jehoshaphat feared, and set himself to seek unto Jehovah; and he proclaimed a fast throughout all Judah.

Then they returned, every man of Judah and Jerusalem, and Jehoshaphat in the forefront of them, to go again to Jerusalem with joy; for Jehovah had made them to rejoice over their enemies.And they came to Jerusalem with psalteries and harps and trumpets unto the house of Jehovah.

to appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them a garland for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of Jehovah, that he may be glorified.

Therefore shall a strong people glorify thee; a city of terrible nations shall fear thee.

And all his sons and all his daughters rose up to comfort him; but he refused to be comforted; and he said, For I will go down to Sheol to my son mourning. And his father wept for him.

If evil come upon us, the sword, judgment, or pestilence, or famine, we will stand before this house, and before thee( for thy name is in this house), and cry unto thee in our affliction, and thou wilt hear and save.

Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto him for whom nothing is prepared; for this day is holy unto our Lord: neither be ye grieved; for the joy of Jehovah is your strength.

and Israel said, It is enough; Joseph my son is yet alive: I will go and see him before I die.

as the days wherein the Jews had rest from their enemies, and the month which was turned unto them from sorrow to gladness, and from mourning into a good day; that they should make them days of feasting and gladness, and of sending portions one to another, and gifts to the poor.

Verily, verily, I say unto you, that ye shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice: ye shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy.

And I say unto him, My lord, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they that come out of the great tribulation, and they washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.Therefore are they before the throne of God; and they serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall spread his tabernacle over them.They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun strike upon them, nor any heat:for the Lamb that is in the midst of the throne shall be their shepherd, and shall guide them unto fountains of waters of life: and God shall wipe away every tear from their eyes.
