主之聲驚動牝鹿、震拔林中樹木、在主殿中皆讚美主之榮耀、

麀震厥音。遄產幼鹿。憬彼森林。木葉盡脫。凡在殿中。莫不祝福。

“ Do you know the time when the mountain goats give birth? Do you watch when the doe bears fawns?Can you count the months that they fulfill? Or do you know the time when they give birth?They bow themselves. They bear their young. They end their labor pains.

Yahweh, I love the habitation of your house, the place where your glory dwells.

Therefore we won’t be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas;though its waters roar and are troubled, though the mountains tremble with their swelling. Selah.There is a river, the streams of which make the city of God glad, the holy place of the tents of the Most High.God is within her. She shall not be moved. God will help her at dawn.

We have thought about your loving kindness, God, in the middle of your temple.

He will consume the glory of his forest, and of his fruitful field, both soul and body. It will be as when a standard bearer faints.The remnant of the trees of his forest shall be few, so that a child could write their number.

“ Son of man, set your face toward the south, and preach toward the south, and prophesy against the forest of the field in the South.Tell the forest of the South,‘ Hear Yahweh’s word: The Lord Yahweh says,“ Behold, I will kindle a fire in you, and it will devour every green tree in you, and every dry tree. The burning flame will not be quenched, and all faces from the south to the north will be burned by it.All flesh will see that I, Yahweh, have kindled it. It will not be quenched.”’”

Look! Praise Yahweh, all you servants of Yahweh, who stand by night in Yahweh’s house!Lift up your hands in the sanctuary. Praise Yahweh!

Praise Yah! Praise Yahweh’s name! Praise him, you servants of Yahweh,you who stand in Yahweh’s house, in the courts of our God’s house.

So I have seen you in the sanctuary, watching your power and your glory.

For wickedness burns like a fire. It devours the briers and thorns; yes, it kindles in the thickets of the forest, and they roll upward in a column of smoke.
