麀震厥音。遄產幼鹿。憬彼森林。木葉盡脫。凡在殿中。莫不祝福。

Lord, I have loved the habitation of Your house, And the place where Your glory dwells.

Therefore we will not fear, Even though the earth be removed, And though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;Though its waters roar and be troubled, Though the mountains shake with its swelling. SelahThere is a river whose streams shall make glad the city of God, The holy place of the tabernacle of the Most High.God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved; God shall help her, just at the break of dawn.

We have thought, O God, on Your lovingkindness, In the midst of Your temple.

And it will consume the glory of his forest and of his fruitful field, Both soul and body; And they will be as when a sick man wastes away.Then the rest of the trees of his forest Will be so few in number That a child may write them.

“ Son of man, set your face toward the south; preach against the south and prophesy against the forest land, the South,and say to the forest of the South,‘ Hear the word of the Lord! Thus says the Lord GOD:“ Behold, I will kindle a fire in you, and it shall devour every green tree and every dry tree in you; the blazing flame shall not be quenched, and all faces from the south to the north shall be scorched by it.All flesh shall see that I, the Lord, have kindled it; it shall not be quenched.”’”

Behold, bless the Lord, All you servants of the Lord, Who by night stand in the house of the Lord!Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, And bless the Lord.

Praise the Lord! Praise the name of the Lord; Praise Him, O you servants of the Lord!You who stand in the house of the Lord, In the courts of the house of our God,

So I have looked for You in the sanctuary, To see Your power and Your glory.

For wickedness burns as the fire; It shall devour the briers and thorns, And kindle in the thickets of the forest; They shall mount up like rising smoke.
