求主惟一事。足以慰幽衷。終身居主宅。陶然醉春風。逍遙聖殿裏。瞻仰樂無窮。

One thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple.

I’m asking the Lord for only one thing. Here is what I want. I want to live in the house of the Lord all the days of my life. I want to look at the beauty of the Lord. I want to worship him in his temple.

One thing have I asked of the Lord, that will I seek after: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to inquire in his temple.

耶和华啊，我喜爱你所住的殿和你显荣耀的居所。

我一生一世必有恩惠慈爱随着我；我且要住在耶和华的殿中，直到永远。

你所拣选、使他亲近你、住在你院中的，这人有福了！我们要因你居所、你圣殿的美福知足。

如此住在你殿中的有福了！他们不断地赞美你。（细拉）

在你的院宇一日，胜似千日；宁可在我上帝的殿中看门，不愿住在恶人的帐棚里。

我在圣所中曾如此瞻仰你，为要见你的能力和你的荣耀。因你的慈爱比生命更好，我的嘴唇要颂赞你。我还活着的时候要这样称颂你，我要奉你的名举手。我在床上记念你，在夜更的时候思念你；我的心像吃饱了骨髓肥油，我也要以欢乐的嘴唇赞美你。

弟兄们，我不是以为自己已经得着了；我只有一件事，就是忘记背后，努力面前的，

你说：“你们当寻求我的面。”那时我的心向你说：“耶和华啊，你的面我正要寻求。”

但是不可少的只有一件。马利亚已经选择了那上好的福分，是没有人能从她夺去的。”

你们要先求上帝的国和他的义，这些东西都要加给你们了。

既然我们众人以揭去面纱的脸得以看见主的荣光，好像从镜子里返照，就变成了与主有同样的形像，荣上加荣，如同从主的灵变成的。

愿主—我们上帝的恩宠归于我们身上。愿你坚立我们手所做的工，我们手所做的工，愿你坚立。

耶稣对门徒讲了一个比喻，为了要他们常常祷告，不可灰心。

没有信，就不能讨上帝的喜悦，因为到上帝面前来的人必须信有上帝，并且信他会赏赐寻求他的人。

我又告诉你们，祈求，就给你们；寻找，就找到；叩门，就给你们开门。因为凡祈求的，就得着；寻找的，就找到；叩门的，就给他开门。

你们寻求我，若专心寻求我，就必寻见。

“你们要努力进窄门。我告诉你们，将来有许多人想要进去，却不能。

就寡居了，现在已经八十四岁。她不离开圣殿，禁食祈求，昼夜事奉上帝。

独居无靠的真寡妇只仰赖上帝，昼夜不住地祈求祷告。

这样，扫罗为了他的不忠死了；因为他干犯耶和华，没有遵守耶和华的话，又因他求问招魂的妇人，不求问耶和华，所以耶和华使他被杀，把王国给了耶西的儿子大卫。

她许愿说：“万军之耶和华啊，你若垂顾你使女的苦情，眷念不忘你的使女，赐你的使女一个子嗣，我必使他终生归给耶和华，不用剃刀剃他的头。”

大卫求问耶和华说：“我追赶这群人，是否追得上呢？”耶和华对他说：“你可以追，一定追得上，也一定救得回来。”

大卫在位年间有饥荒，一连三年，大卫求问耶和华，耶和华说：“扫罗和他家犯了流人血之罪，因为他杀死了基遍人。”

耶和华啊，我要洗手表明无辜，才环绕你的祭坛；

亚希米勒为他求问耶和华，给他食物，又把非利士人歌利亚的刀给了他。”
