Therefore I will look unto the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me.Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD[ shall be] a light unto me.

Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh[ himself] with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth[ herself] with her jewels.

Mine enemies would daily swallow[ me] up: for[ they be] many that fight against me, O thou most High.What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee.In God I will praise his word, in God I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto me.

Surely, shall[ one] say, in the LORD have I righteousness and strength:[ even] to him shall[ men] come; and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed.

And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.

For mine eyes have seen thy salvation,

And all flesh shall see the salvation of God.

In the LORD put I my trust: how say ye to my soul, Flee[ as] a bird to your mountain?

For thou[ art] the God of my strength: why dost thou cast me off? why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?
