耶和华啊，我要洗手表明无辜，才环绕你的祭坛；

耶和华啊，我要洗净双手表明清白，还要绕着你的祭坛而行，

耶和華啊，我要洗手表明無辜，才環繞你的祭壇；

耶和華啊，我洗手表明清白，再走到你的壇前，

耶和華啊！我要洗手表明無辜，才來繞著你的祭壇行走；

永恆主啊，我要洗手表明無辜，才來繞行你的祭壇，

耶和華啊，我要洗淨雙手表明清白，還要繞著你的祭壇而行，

耶和華歟、我將盥手、以表無辜、環於爾壇兮、

我必盥手以示無辜、而詣耶和華臺前兮、

主歟、我必洗淨我手、巡繞主之祭臺、

洗手滌餘穢。留連於閟幄。

I wash my hands in innocence, and go about your altar, Lord,

I wash my hands to show that I’m not guilty. Lord, I come near your altar.

I wash my hands in innocence and go around your altar, O Lord,

I wash my hands to declare my innocence. I come to your altar, O Lord,

I wash my hands in innocence and go around your altar, LORD,

I will wash my hands in innocence; So I will go about Your altar, O Lord,

I will wash my hands in innocency: So will I compass thine altar, O Jehovah;

I wash my hands in innocence and go around Your altar, Lord,

I will wash mine hands in innocency: so will I compass thine altar, O LORD:

I maintain a pure lifestyle, so I can appear before your altar, O LORD,

I will wash my hands in innocence, so I will go about your altar, Yahweh,

Surely in vain I have kept my heart pure And washed my hands in innocence;

Aaron and his sons shall wash their hands and their feet from it;when they enter the tent of meeting, they shall wash with water, so that they do not die; or when they approach the altar to minister, by offering up in smoke a fire sacrifice to the Lord.

Then I will go to the altar of God, To God my exceeding joy; And I will praise You on the lyre, God, my God.

Therefore, brothers and sisters, since we have confidence to enter the holy place by the blood of Jesus,by a new and living way which He inaugurated for us through the veil, that is, through His flesh,and since we have a great priest over the house of God,let’s approach God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.

One who has clean hands and a pure heart, Who has not lifted up his soul to deceit And has not sworn deceitfully.

Therefore, if you are presenting your offering at the altar, and there you remember that your brother has something against you,leave your offering there before the altar and go; first be reconciled to your brother, and then come and present your offering.

He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we did in righteousness, but in accordance with His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit,

But a person must examine himself, and in so doing he is to eat of the bread and drink of the cup.For the one who eats and drinks, eats and drinks judgment to himself if he does not properly recognize the body.

Therefore I want the men in every place to pray, lifting up holy hands, without anger and dispute.

“ Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean; Remove the evil of your deeds from My sight. Stop doing evil,Learn to do good; Seek justice, Rebuke the oppressor, Obtain justice for the orphan, Plead for the widow’s case.“ Come now, and let us debate your case,” Says the Lord,“ Though your sins are as scarlet, They shall become as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They shall be like wool.

Judah has dealt treacherously, and an abomination has been committed in Israel and in Jerusalem; for Judah has profaned the sanctuary of the Lord which He loves, and has married the daughter of a foreign god.As for the man who does this, may the Lord eliminate from the tents of Jacob everyone who is awake and answers, or who presents an offering to the Lord of armies.And this is another thing you do: you cover the altar of the Lord with tears, with weeping and sighing, because He no longer gives attention to the offering or accepts it with favor from your hand.
