耶和华啊，我要洗手表明无辜，才环绕你的祭坛；

耶和华啊，我要洗净双手表明清白，还要绕着你的祭坛而行，

耶和華啊，我要洗手表明無辜，才環繞你的祭壇；

耶和華啊，我洗手表明清白，再走到你的壇前，

耶和華啊！我要洗手表明無辜，才來繞著你的祭壇行走；

永恆主啊，我要洗手表明無辜，才來繞行你的祭壇，

耶和華啊，我要洗淨雙手表明清白，還要繞著你的祭壇而行，

耶和華歟、我將盥手、以表無辜、環於爾壇兮、

我必盥手以示無辜、而詣耶和華臺前兮、

主歟、我必洗淨我手、巡繞主之祭臺、

洗手滌餘穢。留連於閟幄。

I wash my hands in innocence, and go about your altar, Lord,

I wash my hands to show that I’m not guilty. Lord, I come near your altar.

I wash my hands in innocence and go around your altar, O Lord,

I wash my hands to declare my innocence. I come to your altar, O Lord,

I wash my hands in innocence and go around your altar, LORD,

I will wash my hands in innocence, And I will go around Your altar, Lord,

I will wash my hands in innocence; So I will go about Your altar, O Lord,

I will wash my hands in innocency: So will I compass thine altar, O Jehovah;

I will wash mine hands in innocency: so will I compass thine altar, O LORD:

I maintain a pure lifestyle, so I can appear before your altar, O LORD,

I will wash my hands in innocence, so I will go about your altar, Yahweh,

Did I purify my heart and wash my hands in innocence for nothing?

Aaron and his sons must wash their hands and feet from the basin.Whenever they enter the tent of meeting or approach the altar to minister by burning up an offering to the Lord, they must wash with water so that they will not die.

Then I will come to the altar of God, to God, my greatest joy. I will praise You with the lyre, God, my God.

Therefore, brothers, since we have boldness to enter the sanctuary through the blood of Jesus,by a new and living way He has opened for us through the curtain( that is, His flesh),and since we have a great high priest over the house of God,let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed in pure water.

The one who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not set his mind on what is false, and who has not sworn deceitfully.

So if you are offering your gift on the altar, and there you remember that your brother has something against you,leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled with your brother, and then come and offer your gift.

He saved us— not by works of righteousness that we had done, but according to His mercy— through the washing of regeneration and renewal by the Holy Spirit.

So a man should examine himself; in this way he should eat the bread and drink from the cup.For whoever eats and drinks without recognizing the body, eats and drinks judgment on himself.

Therefore, I want the men in every place to pray, lifting up holy hands without anger or argument.

“ Wash yourselves. Cleanse yourselves. Remove your evil deeds from My sight. Stop doing evil.Learn to do what is good. Seek justice. Correct the oppressor. Defend the rights of the fatherless. Plead the widow’s cause.“ Come, let us discuss this,” says the Lord.“ Though your sins are like scarlet, they will be as white as snow; though they are as red as crimson, they will be like wool.

Judah has acted treacherously, and a detestable thing has been done in Israel and in Jerusalem. For Judah has profaned the Lord’s sanctuary, which He loves, and has married the daughter of a foreign god.To the man who does this, may the Lord cut off any descendants from the tents of Jacob, even if they present an offering to the Lord of Hosts.And this is another thing you do: you cover the Lord’s altar with tears, with weeping and groaning, because He no longer respects your offerings or receives them gladly from your hands.
