I have hated the congregation of evil doers; and will not sit with the wicked.

惡黨是惡、不與惡人同坐兮、

予痛疾惡黨、杜絕匪類兮、

作惡之黨類、我甚憎惡、不與惡人同坐、

群小會集處。何曾敢廁足。

I abhor the assembly of evildoers and refuse to sit with the wicked.

I hate to be with a group of sinful people. I refuse to spend time with those who are evil.

Blessed[ is] the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators:Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world.But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.

And when the Pharisees saw[ it], they said unto his disciples, Why eateth your Master with publicans and sinners?But when Jesus heard[ that], he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick.
