God, save me by your name, and vindicate me by your might!

He will not allow your foot to slip; your Protector will not slumber.

The fear of mankind is a snare, but the one who trusts in the LORD is protected.

It is of little importance to me that I should be judged by you or by any human court. In fact, I don’t even judge myself.For I am not conscious of anything against myself, but I am not justified by this. It is the Lord who judges me.So don’t judge anything prematurely, before the Lord comes, who will both bring to light what is hidden in darkness and reveal the intentions of the hearts. And then praise will come to each one from God.Now, brothers and sisters, I have applied these things to myself and Apollos for your benefit, so that you may learn from us the meaning of the saying:“ Nothing beyond what is written.” The purpose is that none of you will be arrogant, favoring one person over another.

Offer sacrifices in righteousness and trust in the LORD.

May the LORD be judge and decide between you and me. May he take notice and plead my case and deliver me from you.”

The LORD will protect you from all harm; he will protect your life.The LORD will protect your coming and going both now and forever.

But I live with integrity; redeem me and be gracious to me.

He alone is my rock and my salvation, my stronghold; I will not be shaken.

The one who lives blamelessly, practices righteousness, and acknowledges the truth in his heart—

May integrity and what is right watch over me, for I wait for you.

If I say,“ My foot is slipping,” your faithful love will support me, LORD.

Therefore, brothers and sisters, make every effort to confirm your calling and election, because if you do these things you will never stumble.

Indeed, this is our boast: The testimony of our conscience is that we have conducted ourselves in the world, and especially toward you, with godly sincerity and purity, not by human wisdom but by God’s grace.

You are being guarded by God’s power through faith for a salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last time.

But I trust in you, LORD; I say,“ You are my God.”

He guards the steps of his faithful ones, but the wicked perish in darkness, for a person does not prevail by his own strength.

He alone is my rock and my salvation, my stronghold; I will never be shaken.

Let us hold on to the confession of our hope without wavering, since he who promised is faithful.

My God, I trust in you. Do not let me be disgraced; do not let my enemies gloat over me.

The instruction of his God is in his heart; his steps do not falter.

Vindicate me, LORD my God, in keeping with your righteousness, and do not let them rejoice over me.

Vindicate me, God, and champion my cause against an unfaithful nation; rescue me from the deceitful and unjust person.
