The Lord has dealt with me according to my righteousness; according to the cleanness of my hands he has rewarded me.For I have kept the ways of the Lord; I am not guilty of turning from my God.All his laws are before me; I have not turned away from his decrees.I have been blameless before him and have kept myself from sin.The Lord has rewarded me according to my righteousness, according to the cleanness of my hands in his sight.

The Lord rewards everyone for their righteousness and faithfulness. The Lord delivered you into my hands today, but I would not lay a hand on the Lord’s anointed.

Paul answered:“ I am now standing before Caesar’s court, where I ought to be tried. I have not done any wrong to the Jews, as you yourself know very well.If, however, I am guilty of doing anything deserving death, I do not refuse to die. But if the charges brought against me by these Jews are not true, no one has the right to hand me over to them. I appeal to Caesar!”

Let the Lord judge the peoples. Vindicate me, Lord, according to my righteousness, according to my integrity, O Most High.

I lead a blameless life; deliver me and be merciful to me.

See, my father, look at this piece of your robe in my hand! I cut off the corner of your robe but did not kill you. I have not wronged you, but you are hunting me down to take my life.May the Lord judge between you and me. And may the Lord avenge the wrongs you have done to me, but my hand will not touch you.As the old saying goes,‘ From evildoers come evil deeds,’ so my hand will not touch you.

The righteous lead blameless lives; blessed are their children after them.

So I strive always to keep my conscience clear before God and man.

My God sent his angel, and he shut the mouths of the lions. They have not hurt me, because I was found innocent in his sight. Nor have I ever done any wrong before you, Your Majesty.”
