All the ways of the Lord are loving and faithful toward those who keep the demands of his covenant.

All the Lord’ s ways are loving and faithful toward those who obey what his covenant commands.

All the paths of the Lord are steadfast love and faithfulness, for those who keep his covenant and his testimonies.

The Lord leads with unfailing love and faithfulness all who keep his covenant and obey his demands.

All the LORD’s ways show faithful love and truth to those who keep his covenant and decrees.

Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.

As you know, we count as blessed those who have persevered. You have heard of Job’s perseverance and have seen what the Lord finally brought about. The Lord is full of compassion and mercy.

But God found fault with the people and said:“ The days are coming, declares the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the people of Israel and with the people of Judah.It will not be like the covenant I made with their ancestors when I took them by the hand to lead them out of Egypt, because they did not remain faithful to my covenant, and I turned away from them, declares the Lord.This is the covenant I will establish with the people of Israel after that time, declares the Lord. I will put my laws in their minds and write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people.No longer will they teach their neighbor, or say to one another,‘ Know the Lord,’ because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest.For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more.”

For it is not those who hear the law who are righteous in God’s sight, but it is those who obey the law who will be declared righteous.

The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him;though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with his hand.

Do not withhold your mercy from me, Lord; may your love and faithfulness always protect me.

The one who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not trust in an idol or swear by a false god.They will receive blessing from the Lord and vindication from God their Savior.

“ Because he loves me,” says the Lord,“ I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.

Repay them for their deeds and for their evil work; repay them for what their hands have done and bring back on them what they deserve.Because they have no regard for the deeds of the Lord and what his hands have done, he will tear them down and never build them up again.Praise be to the Lord, for he has heard my cry for mercy.

The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

Who is wise? Let them realize these things. Who is discerning? Let them understand. The ways of the Lord are right; the righteous walk in them, but the rebellious stumble in them.

Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life. You stretch out your hand against the anger of my foes; with your right hand you save me.

Lord, you are my God; I will exalt you and praise your name, for in perfect faithfulness you have done wonderful things, things planned long ago.

But from everlasting to everlasting the Lord’s love is with those who fear him, and his righteousness with their children’s children—with those who keep his covenant and remember to obey his precepts.

You came only yesterday. And today shall I make you wander about with us, when I do not know where I am going? Go back, and take your people with you. May the Lord show you kindness and faithfulness.”

Seek the Lord, all you humble of the land, you who do what he commands. Seek righteousness, seek humility; perhaps you will be sheltered on the day of the Lord’s anger.

Love and faithfulness meet together; righteousness and peace kiss each other.

When Abram was ninety- nine years old, the Lord appeared to him and said,“ I am God Almighty; walk before me faithfully and be blameless.

Those who sacrifice thank offerings honor me, and to the blameless I will show my salvation.”

For the word of the Lord is right and true; he is faithful in all he does.

This is what the Lord says:“ Maintain justice and do what is right, for my salvation is close at hand and my righteousness will soon be revealed.Blessed is the one who does this— the person who holds it fast, who keeps the Sabbath without desecrating it, and keeps their hands from doing any evil.”Let no foreigner who is bound to the Lord say,“ The Lord will surely exclude me from his people.” And let no eunuch complain,“ I am only a dry tree.”For this is what the Lord says:“ To the eunuchs who keep my Sabbaths, who choose what pleases me and hold fast to my covenant—to them I will give within my temple and its walls a memorial and a name better than sons and daughters; I will give them an everlasting name that will endure forever.And foreigners who bind themselves to the Lord to minister to him, to love the name of the Lord, and to be his servants, all who keep the Sabbath without desecrating it and who hold fast to my covenant—

Enoch walked faithfully with God; then he was no more, because God took him away.

He sends from heaven and saves me, rebuking those who hotly pursue me— God sends forth his love and his faithfulness.

To the faithful you show yourself faithful, to the blameless you show yourself blameless,to the pure you show yourself pure, but to the devious you show yourself shrewd.
