for not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified;

A man’s goings are established of Jehovah; And he delighteth in his way.Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down; For Jehovah upholdeth him with his hand.

Withhold not thou thy tender mercies from me, O Jehovah; Let thy lovingkindness and thy truth continually preserve me.

He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; Who hath not lifted up his soul unto falsehood, And hath not sworn deceitfully.He shall receive a blessing from Jehovah, And righteousness from the God of his salvation.

Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.

When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned, neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

Give them according to their work, and according to the wickedness of their doings: Give them after the operation of their hands; Render to them their desert.Because they regard not the works of Jehovah, Nor the operation of his hands, He will break them down and not build them up.Blessed be Jehovah, Because he hath heard the voice of my supplications.

Who is wise, that he may understand these things? prudent, that he may know them? for the ways of Jehovah are right, and the just shall walk in them; but transgressors shall fall therein.

Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me; Thou wilt stretch forth thy hand against the wrath of mine enemies, And thy right hand will save me.

O Jehovah, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things, even counsels of old, in faithfulness and truth.

But the lovingkindness of Jehovah is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, And his righteousness unto children’s children;To such as keep his covenant, And to those that remember his precepts to do them.

Whereas thou camest but yesterday, should I this day make thee go up and down with us, seeing I go whither I may? return thou, and take back thy brethren; mercy and truth be with thee.

Seek ye Jehovah, all ye meek of the earth, that have kept his ordinances; seek righteousness, seek meekness: it may be ye will be hid in the day of Jehovah’s anger.

Mercy and truth are met together; Righteousness and peace have kissed each other.

Whoso offereth the sacrifice of thanksgiving glorifieth me; And to him that ordereth his way aright Will I show the salvation of God.

For the word of Jehovah is right; And all his work is done in faithfulness.

Thus saith Jehovah, Keep ye justice, and do righteousness; for my salvation is near to come, and my righteousness to be revealed.Blessed is the man that doeth this, and the son of man that holdeth it fast; that keepeth the sabbath from profaning it, and keepeth his hand from doing any evil.Neither let the foreigner, that hath joined himself to Jehovah, speak, saying, Jehovah will surely separate me from his people; neither let the eunuch say, Behold, I am a dry tree.For thus saith Jehovah of the eunuchs that keep my sabbaths, and choose the things that please me, and hold fast my covenant:Unto them will I give in my house and within my walls a memorial and a name better than of sons and of daughters; I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.Also the foreigners that join themselves to Jehovah, to minister unto him, and to love the name of Jehovah, to be his servants, every one that keepeth the sabbath from profaning it, and holdeth fast my covenant;

and Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.

He will send from heaven, and save me, When he that would swallow me up reproacheth;[ Selah God will send forth his lovingkindness and his truth.

He hath remembered his lovingkindness and his faithfulness toward the house of Israel: All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.

And he blessed Joseph, and said, The God before whom my fathers Abraham and Isaac did walk, the God who hath fed me all my life long unto this day,the angel who hath redeemed me from all evil, bless the lads; and let my name be named on them, and the name of my fathers Abraham and Isaac; and let them grow into a multitude in the midst of the earth.

With the merciful thou wilt show thyself merciful; With the perfect man thou wilt show thyself perfect;With the pure thou wilt show thyself pure; And with the perverse thou wilt show thyself froward.
