我雖過死陰之幽谷、亦不懼遭害、因主常在我側、主有杖有竿、足以安慰我、

雖經陰谷裏。主在我何愁。爾策與爾杖。實令我心休。

Though I walk in the middle of trouble, you will revive me. You will stretch out your hand against the wrath of my enemies. Your right hand will save me.

I will not be afraid of tens of thousands of people who have set themselves against me on every side.

But now Yahweh who created you, Jacob, and he who formed you, Israel, says:“ Don’t be afraid, for I have redeemed you. I have called you by your name. You are mine.When you pass through the waters, I will be with you, and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, and flame will not scorch you.

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.Therefore we won’t be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas;though its waters roar and are troubled, though the mountains tremble with their swelling. Selah.

“ Death, where is your sting? Hades, where is your victory?”The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Shepherd your people with your staff, the flock of your heritage, who dwell by themselves in a forest, in the middle of fertile pasture land, let them feed; in Bashan and Gilead, as in the days of old.

The Lord said to Paul in the night by a vision,“ Don’t be afraid, but speak and don’t be silent;for I am with you, and no one will attack you to harm you, for I have many people in this city.”

to shine on those who sit in darkness and the shadow of death; to guide our feet into the way of peace.”

Yahweh is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? Yahweh is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid?When evildoers came at me to eat up my flesh, even my adversaries and my foes, they stumbled and fell.Though an army should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear. Though war should rise against me, even then I will be confident.One thing I have asked of Yahweh, that I will seek after: that I may dwell in Yahweh’s house all the days of my life, to see Yahweh’s beauty, and to inquire in his temple.

teaching them to observe all things that I commanded you. Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

“ Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and shall give birth to a son. They shall call his name Immanuel;” which is, being interpreted,“ God with us.”

The Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Grace be with you. Amen.

Yahweh of Armies is with us. The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.

Let darkness and the shadow of death claim it for their own. Let a cloud dwell on it. Let all that makes black the day terrify it.

though you have crushed us in the haunt of jackals, and covered us with the shadow of death.

Yahweh of Armies says:“ In those days, ten men will take hold, out of all the languages of the nations, they will take hold of the skirt of him who is a Jew, saying,‘ We will go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.’”

For the morning is to all of them like thick darkness, for they know the terrors of the thick darkness.

Then I cut apart my other staff, even Union, that I might break the brotherhood between Judah and Israel.
