席豐履厚者、必崇事之兮、困苦瀕死者、必拜跪之兮、

世間豐富之人、必得食而拜主、將近塵土莫保己命之人、亦必跪在主前、

蓋主乃天地之宰兮。又為萬國之君。

All the rich of the earth will feast and worship; all who go down to the dust will kneel before him— those who cannot keep themselves alive.

Their eyes stand out with fatness: They have more than heart could wish.

And nations shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.Lift up thine eyes round about, and see: they all gather themselves together, they come to thee; thy sons shall come from far, and thy daughters shall be carried in the arms.Then thou shalt see and be radiant, and thy heart shall thrill and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be turned unto thee, the wealth of the nations shall come unto thee.

He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, And lifteth up the needy from the dunghill;

And the nations shall walk amidst the light thereof: and the kings of the earth bring their glory into it.

Therefore will the Lord, Jehovah of hosts, send among his fat ones leanness; and under his glory there shall be kindled a burning like the burning of fire.

When the anger of God went up against them, And slew of the fattest of them, And smote down the young men of Israel.
