我精力已衰、枯如瓦片、我舌貼於上齶、主將我置於死地之塵埃、

體渙解兮骨脫。心消融兮如蠟。

這事以後，耶穌知道各樣的事已經成了，為要使經上的話應驗，就說：「我渴了。」

所以，我要使他與位大的同分，與強盛的均分擄物。因為他將命傾倒，以致於死；他也被列在罪犯之中。他卻擔當多人的罪，又為罪犯代求。

他們拿苦膽給我當食物；我渴了，他們拿醋給我喝。

我因呼求困乏，喉嚨發乾；我因等候神，眼睛失明。

我心跳動，我力衰微，連我眼中的光也沒有了。

我閉口不認罪的時候，因終日唉哼而骨頭枯乾。黑夜白日，你的手在我身上沉重；我的精液耗盡，如同夏天的乾旱。（細拉）

我當日所領受又傳給你們的：第一，就是基督照聖經所說，為我們的罪死了，

你掩面，牠們便驚惶；你收回牠們的氣，牠們就死亡，歸於塵土。

喜樂的心乃是良藥；憂傷的靈使骨枯乾。

首領靜默無聲，舌頭貼住上膛。

耶穌又大聲喊叫，氣就斷了。

睡在塵埃中的，必有多人復醒。其中有得永生的，有受羞辱永遠被憎惡的。

凡有血氣的就必一同死亡；世人必仍歸塵土。

亞伯拉罕說：「我雖然是灰塵，還敢對主說話。

求你記念－製造我如摶泥一般，你還要使我歸於塵土嗎？

我被害流血，下到坑中，有甚麼益處呢？塵土豈能稱讚你，傳說你的誠實嗎？

你必汗流滿面才得糊口，直到你歸了土，因為你是從土而出的。你本是塵土，仍要歸於塵土。

為何不赦免我的過犯，除掉我的罪孽？我現今要躺臥在塵土中；你要殷勤地尋找我，我卻不在了。

吃奶孩子的舌頭因乾渴貼住上膛；孩童求餅，無人擘給他們。
