由聖所輔助爾、自郇山堅固爾、

彼在聖所、為爾輔翼兮、彼在郇城、補爾精力兮、

從聖殿施救於爾、從郇山扶持爾、

惟願主雅瑋。眷爾患難中。惟願雅谷主。聖名保爾躬。

May he send you help from the sanctuary and grant you support from Zion.

May he send you help from the sacred tent. May he give you aid from Zion.

May he send you help from the sanctuary and give you support from Zion!

May he send you help from his sanctuary and strengthen you from Jerusalem.

May he send you help from the sanctuary and sustain you from Zion.

May He send you help from the sanctuary, And support you from Zion!

Send thee help from the sanctuary, And strengthen thee out of Zion;

May He send you help from the sanctuary and sustain you from Zion.

May he send you help from his temple; from Zion may he give you support!

send you help from the sanctuary, grant you support from Zion,

Cry out and shout, O inhabitant of Zion, For great is the Holy One of Israel in your midst!”

Until I went into the sanctuary of God; Then I understood their end.

What will they answer the messengers of the nation? That the Lord has founded Zion, And the poor of His people shall take refuge in it.

Nevertheless David took the stronghold of Zion( that is, the City of David).

Then he built the twenty-cubit room at the rear of the temple, from floor to ceiling, with cedar boards; he built it inside as the inner sanctuary, as the Most Holy Place.

And they dwell in it, and have built You a sanctuary in it for Your name, saying,‘ If disaster comes upon us— sword, judgment, pestilence, or famine— we will stand before this temple and in Your presence( for Your name is in this temple), and cry out to You in our affliction, and You will hear and save.’

I cried to the Lord with my voice, And He heard me from His holy hill. Selah

So they brought the ark of the Lord, and set it in its place in the midst of the tabernacle that David had erected for it. Then David offered burnt offerings and peace offerings before the Lord.

By the way that he came, By the same shall he return; And he shall not come into this city,’ Says the Lord.‘ For I will defend this city, to save it For My own sake and for My servant David’s sake.’”

“ When Your people go out to battle against their enemy, wherever You send them, and when they pray to the Lord toward the city which You have chosen and the temple which I have built for Your name,then hear in heaven their prayer and their supplication, and maintain their cause.
