惟時主必施威譴責之、發怒震驚之、

終必勃然而怒兮。以懲當車之螳螂。

But with righteousness He will judge the poor, And decide with fairness for the humble of the earth; And He will strike the earth with the rod of His mouth, And with the breath of His lips He will slay the wicked.

The Lord is at Your right hand; He will shatter kings in the day of His wrath.He will judge among the nations, He will fill them with corpses, He will shatter the chief men over a broad country.

He sent His burning anger upon them, Fury and indignation and trouble, A band of destroying angels.He leveled a path for His anger; He did not spare their souls from death, But turned their lives over to the plague,

You will make them as a fiery oven in the time of your anger; The Lord will swallow them up in His wrath, And fire will devour them.

From His mouth comes a sharp sword, so that with it He may strike down the nations, and He will rule them with a rod of iron; and He treads the wine press of the fierce wrath of God, the Almighty.

But as for these enemies of mine who did not want me to reign over them, bring them here and slaughter them in my presence.’ ”

But I am very angry with the nations who are carefree; for while I was only a little angry, they furthered the disaster.”

A sound of uproar from the city, a voice from the temple, The voice of the Lord who is dealing retribution to His enemies.

In His right hand He held seven stars, and out of His mouth came a sharp two edged sword; and His face was like the sun shining in its strength.

For the days will come upon you when your enemies will put up a barricade against you, and surround you and hem you in on every side,and they will level you to the ground, and throw down your children within you, and they will not leave in you one stone upon another, because you did not recognize the time of your visitation.”

You snakes, you offspring of vipers, how will you escape the sentence of hell?“ Therefore, behold, I am sending you prophets and wise men and scribes; some of them you will kill and crucify, and some of them you will flog in your synagogues, and persecute from city to city,so that upon you will fall the guilt of all the righteous blood shed on earth, from the blood of righteous Abel to the blood of Zechariah, the son of Berechiah, whom you murdered between the temple and the altar.Truly I say to you, all these things will come upon this generation.

But to the wicked God says,“ What right do you have to tell of My statutes And to take My covenant in your mouth?For you yourself hate discipline, And you throw My words behind you.When you see a thief, you become friends with him, And you associate with adulterers.You let your mouth loose in evil, And your tongue harnesses deceit.You sit and speak against your brother; You slander your own mother’s son.These things you have done and I kept silent; You thought that I was just like you; I will rebuke you and present the case before your eyes.“ Now consider this, you who forget God, Or I will tear you in pieces, and there will be no one to save you.

Now the king was angry, and he sent his armies and destroyed those murderers and set their city on fire.
