心悅誠服以順命兮。免天帝之震怒。何苦自取滅亡兮。自絕於康莊之大路。須知惟有委順兮。能邀無窮之福祚。

Kiss his son, or he will be angry and your way will lead to your destruction, for his wrath can flare up in a moment. Blessed are all who take refuge in him.

How happy is anyone who has put his trust in the LORD and has not turned to the proud or to those who run after lies!

Happy is the person who trusts in you, LORD of Armies!

Therefore the LORD is waiting to show you mercy, and is rising up to show you compassion, for the LORD is a just God. All who wait patiently for him are happy.

when he takes vengeance with flaming fire on those who don’t know God and on those who don’t obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus.They will pay the penalty of eternal destruction from the Lord’s presence and from his glorious strength

Taste and see that the LORD is good. How happy is the person who takes refuge in him!

And they said to the mountains and to the rocks,“ Fall on us and hide us from the face of the one seated on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb,because the great day of their wrath has come! And who is able to stand?”

The one who understands a matter finds success, and the one who trusts in the LORD will be happy.

But I will leave seven thousand in Israel— every knee that has not bowed to Baal and every mouth that has not kissed him.”

For it stands in Scripture: See, I lay a stone in Zion, a chosen and honored cornerstone, and the one who believes in him will never be put to shame.

The person who trusts in the LORD, whose confidence indeed is the LORD, is blessed.

Samuel took the flask of oil, poured it out on Saul’s head, kissed him, and said,“ Hasn’t the LORD anointed you ruler over his inheritance?

I will declare the LORD’s decree. He said to me,“ You are my Son; today I have become your Father.

For the Scripture says, Everyone who believes on him will not be put to shame,

so that we who had already put our hope in Christ might bring praise to his glory.

You will keep the mind that is dependent on you in perfect peace, for it is trusting in you.Trust in the LORD forever, because in the LORD, the LORD himself, is an everlasting rock!

As it is written, Look, I am putting a stone in Zion to stumble over and a rock to trip over, and the one who believes on him will not be put to shame.

Jesus told him,“ I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

And another, a third angel, followed them and spoke with a loud voice:“ If anyone worships the beast and its image and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand,he will also drink the wine of God’s wrath, which is poured full strength into the cup of his anger. He will be tormented with fire and sulfur in the sight of the holy angels and in the sight of the Lamb,and the smoke of their torment will go up forever and ever. There is no rest day or night for those who worship the beast and its image, or anyone who receives the mark of its name.

Through him you believe in God, who raised him from the dead and gave him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God.

He had Joseph ride in his second chariot, and servants called out before him,“ Make way!” So he placed him over all the land of Egypt.Pharaoh said to Joseph,“ I am Pharaoh and no one will be able to raise his hand or foot in all the land of Egypt without your permission.”

You will be over my house, and all my people will obey your commands. Only I, as king, will be greater than you.”
