When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have ordained;

The heavens shall declare his righteousness, for God himself is judge. Selah.

God said,“ Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs to mark seasons, days, and years;and let them be for lights in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth;” and it was so.

By Yahweh’s word, the heavens were made: all their army by the breath of his mouth.

Praise him, sun and moon! Praise him, all you shining stars!Praise him, you heavens of heavens, you waters that are above the heavens.

Those who are wise will shine as the brightness of the expanse. Those who turn many to righteousness will shine as the stars forever and ever.

Praise Yah! Praise God in his sanctuary! Praise him in his heavens for his acts of power!Praise him for his mighty acts! Praise him according to his excellent greatness!

The heavens are Yahweh’s heavens, but he has given the earth to the children of men.

“ You shall say this to them:‘ The gods that have not made the heavens and the earth will perish from the earth, and from under the heavens.’”God has made the earth by his power. He has established the world by his wisdom, and by his understanding has he stretched out the heavens.

It is he who sits above the circle of the earth, and its inhabitants are like grasshoppers; who stretches out the heavens like a curtain, and spreads them out like a tent to dwell in,who brings princes to nothing, who makes the judges of the earth meaningless.They are planted scarcely. They are sown scarcely. Their stock has scarcely taken root in the ground. He merely blows on them, and they wither, and the whirlwind takes them away as stubble.“ To whom then will you liken me? Who is my equal?” says the Holy One.Lift up your eyes on high, and see who has created these, who brings out their army by number. He calls them all by name. by the greatness of his might, and because he is strong in power, not one is lacking.

God said,“ Let there be an expanse in the middle of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.”God made the expanse, and divided the waters which were under the expanse from the waters which were above the expanse; and it was so.God called the expanse“ sky”. There was evening and there was morning, a second day.
