主庇祐我如高山、如保障、是解救我者、我天主如磐、為我所恃、遮庇我如盾、保祐我得勝、護衛我如鞏固之城、

中心愛主兮。我生命之源泉。

耶和華的名是堅固臺，義人奔入就得安穩。

我要向耶和華說：「我的避難所、我的山寨、我的上帝，你是我所倚靠的。」

惟獨他是我的磐石，我的拯救；他是我的庇護所，我必不大大動搖。

必有一人如避風港，如暴風雨的藏身處；如乾旱地的溪流，又如乾燥地巨石的陰影。

我的上帝、我的磐石、我所投靠的。他是我的盾牌，是拯救我的角，是我的碉堡，是我的避難所，是我的救主，救我脫離兇暴的。

耶和華啊，你是我的力量，是我的保障，在患難之日是我的避難所。列國的人必從地極來到你這裏，說：「我們祖先所承受的，不過是虛假，是虛空無益之物。

他又說：「我要依賴他。」他又說：「看哪！我與上帝所給我的兒女都在這裏。」

耶和華啊，我要求告你！我的磐石啊，求你不要向我緘默！倘若你向我閉口，我就如下入地府的人一樣。

他必用自己的翎毛遮蔽你；你要投靠在他翅膀底下，他的信實是大小的盾牌。

他為正直人珍藏健全的知識，給行為純正的人作盾牌，

惡人一切的角，我要砍斷；惟有義人的角必被高舉。

主，我們的盾牌啊，不要殺他們，免得我的子民遺忘；求你用你的能力使他們四散，使他們降為卑。

在那裏我要使大衛的角茁壯，為我的受膏者預備明燈。
